For sale is a very rare, single cylinder Harley Davidson Model B.  It is a 350cc flathead engine and was produced in relatively low numbers, built in Milwaukee and usually exported to Europe or South America as a utility motorcycle where few survived.  I acquired the motorcycle in 2011 where is set  in a garage loft for over 40 years after making its way back to the States.  The bike was found complete with the exception of headlights, tail light, exhaust and carburetor.  I fitted a carb the engine fired up immediately..  Although found complete and very solid, it did have its share of dents and a purple paint job.  The tanks and fenders were easily repaired by a professional and are original parts.  The frame, forks, headlight bracket, dash and primary cover are original too. I received the bike with Dunlop Wheels which I left on.    In order to complete the bike I purchased: headlights, tail light, kickstand, Dellorto carb, dash switches and exhaust.  The battery box and rear stand were fabricated.  I retained the tires that I found it with, they are probably from the 50's.  1 Firestone Phoenix and 1 Continental.  They will need replacement before riding.  I have ridden the bike and it runs and shifts well.  There are a few imperfections in the finishes. the main 2 are one dime sized bubble on the top/left of the gas tank.  The right side of the front fender waffled a little bit after refitting the wheel stand when it came back from paint.  please ask any questions and I will do my best to answer.  I can also get any photos you may need more detail on.

If you are looking for a great award winning AMCA bike, this is the time to get it, i have just lowered the price and  bikes like this don't come around often! This  bike is the first year Harley produced the VL, it is the winner of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America Junior and Senior First,   This bike was completely and professionally restored from a complete original bike over a period of several years, the vast majority of the parts are original to the bike. If you have ever restored a bike to this standard you have an idea of the time, money and effort it takes to do it properly, don't confuse my bikes with some of these bikes that need restoration.  My VL is not cheap, however I believe I am asking a reasonable price for a bike of this quality.

2025 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic Review – First Ride

Thu, 13 Mar 2025

Classic cruising Photos by Bryan J Nelson and Kevin Wing. If I’m cruisin’ there’s no better place to be than on the Heritage Classic. Low and slow is the name of the game here, well, not too slow because while in Sport mode, using the dedicated traction control button on the right switchgear to disable TC resulted in effortless rolling burnouts from the Heritage – again, 120 lb-ft or torque gets the job done.

2025 Harley-Davidson Breakout Review – First Ride

Better than expected Photos by Bryan J Nelson and Kevin Wing. The Harley-Davidson Breakout was perhaps the biggest surprise for me in a number of ways. Thoughts of Orange County Choppers and other fads from the early aughts consume the same space in my mind as the Breakout.

Sampling H-D's baseline bobber Photos by Bryan J Nelson and Kevin Wing. At $17,199, the Street Bob comes in as the most affordable Softail in the line-up. You get 5 inches of suspension travel out of the fork and 3.4 inches from the monoshock that’s tucked away to give those Hard Tail vibes.

Sampling six H-D cruisers Photos by Bryan J Nelson and Kevin Wing. I feel that I can relate with the 2025 Harley-Davidson Cruiser line on a subcutaneous level. Once you get past our exquisite, carefully curated exteriors, we’re both filled with a toxic mix of liquid with our complexities hidden away from view, stuffed down so deep that no one would ever think twice to use the word sophisticated to describe us.

A focus on hard-edged performance from the Softail line  Photos by Bryan J Nelson and Kevin Wing. The Low Riders take the Softail line to new heights when it comes to performance – and not only due to the High Output tune of the Milwaukee Eight 117 V-Twin. Hustling through a set of corners it’s immediately evident that you’re working with something different.

2025 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy Review – First Ride

Thu, 13 Mar 2025

Bulbous boys Photos by Bryan J Nelson and Kevin Wing. I’ve always loved the low, wide look of the Fat Boy. Maybe Terminator 2 played a role in this subconsciously, but the Fat Boy does an excellent job of having a classic silhouette with some additional attitude.
