Harley-Davidson Other description
You are looking at a 1930 Harley Davidson VC. The commercial Harley made for businesses and delivery type situations. This is a much rarer the your typical VL model. This Bike has a clear PA title. The bottom end was done this year with the correct cams and such for the VC. the sidecar frame has been completely restored and everything is ready to go. the sidecar tub is not the correct year. it is off a 36. the bike frame has been done and painted. as you can see this bike is 95% here. I do have nearly a gallon of the paint that was used to paint the frame. That is included along with a new can of paint hardener. The top end and trans still need to be done. I do not have any pistons. I took photos from all angles so that you can see everything. Please look at all the photos and ask any questions you have. this is for pick up only. I have had good luck with Wolverine Cycle (817)-680-8226, for shipping Bikes. Thank You for looking. |

Harley Declares Women Riders Month
Tue, 10 Feb 2009Back in July of ’08 Motorcycle.com announced that The Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum and Nationwide Insurance were working together to mark July as Women’s Motorcycle Month in order to honor the contribution made to history by female riders. This May, Harley-Davidson is staging a series of events in order to celebrate women on two wheels by declaring May, “Women Riders Month.” Some of the Harley-Davidson Women Riders Month initiatives will include special rides in New York City and Milwaukee as well as an attempt to grace the pages of the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest number of women motorcycle riders trained in one weekend. Harley-Davidson dealerships will also be hosting women-only Garage Parties, which consist of informal meetings in an unintimidating environment where women can learn about motorcycling.
