This is a nice original bike, original paint is nice for the age, just has a few chips and scratches. runs good, shifts good, all the electrical works good, good tires, 20607 miles, has stock air box but the snorkel is not correct, the pipe is a vance-hines 4 into 1, original seat,chrome is nice, there is just one spot on the rear fender (see pics) has owners manual, warranty book, tool kit, have clear title. Engine # z1e-129276 the left side cover has a little melted spot (see pics) the rectifier was bad but it was replaced before I got it, very nice everyday rider.

Here's your chance to have a very nice original old school cruiser. Has all of the Vetter hardware that came with these bikes back in the day. The bike runs fine, I just took it for a 80 mile ride yesterday, everything works as it should. It has a brand new battery but will need tires. The seat has a split seam in the center and a mar on the right side from opening against it. Some of the paint is a little faded but overall condition. The right hand exhaust pipe has some bluing caused by a bad coil which has been replaced. Overall this bike is in nice condition, it certainly could take you anywhere you want to go. I purchased this motorcycle in July 2009 and immediately started restoring it with many NOS parts. Iâ€™m an engineer by training and performed the majority of the work myself with the exception of some specialist services. The restoration was completed in October 2010 I've only put a handful of miles on the clock since the restoration due to a new family addition and work demands. Everything works as it should with the exception of a carburation issue - the engine idles extremely well, but hesitates in the midrange. Its something I just haven't had time to fix. The motorcycle was fully stripped-down and the following work was performed: Engine: Engine number: H2E 46186 New crankshaft - it was in its original kawasaki box and wrapper Barrels re-bored, honed and correctly chamfered (standard port timing) +0.5mm pistons fitted. New small end bearings Barrels and heads glass beaded. Crankcases cleaned using a lot of elbow grease (no bead blasting). New seals and gaskets installed.

Here is a very nice low mileage bike that I picked up some time ago. When I purchased the bike it needed a little bit of attention so here is what I've done to it: It has a new seat, new rear grab bar, and had a professional paint job put on it that is fantastic- looks awesome! It has complete airbox system and owner's manual. I replaced the header with a set of very nice stock exhaust from a '79 KZ 1000, they look great on the bike. The bike runs GREAT, all electrical functions are working properly, good brakes and tires. The pictures don't due this bike justice, it is absolutely beautiful! Here is probably one of the nicest KZ1000's around. As you can see by the pictures it is in extremely nice condition. The few minor defects it has are as follows: slight stain on the left side of gas tank (see picture), one very minor dent on the top of the tank (see picture),the tail fin has one small scratch, there is some slight surface rust on the bottom of the pipes but there are no holes. Comes complete with owner's manual, warranty card, and a complete tool kit including the feeler guage. This bike starts and runs fine, shifts through all the gears smoothly, and all the electrical functions properly. Both brakes work fine. Still has the original tires. Traction control and updated instruments expected The California Air Resources Board has issued an executive order for what we expect to be an updated Kawasaki Z650RS for the 2024 model year. The update is expected to be relatively minor, adding traction control to the Z650RS. The update would bring the retro RS model in line with the more modern-styled Z650 and the Ninja 650, both of which were updated with traction control for 2023, as well as the Versys 650 which received traction control in 2022.
