The battery is fairley new, the carbs have been cleaned and the bike runs very good , no smoke on starting or while running. It is equiped with a KERKER 4into1pipe , pod type air cleaners , oil cooler , Fox shocks , teleflex fork brace , braided brake lines , custom seat and last but not least a Pichler full farring the chin portion of which is cracked due to snaging the trailor when loading , the odometer shows 60,237 , it has had a recent oil and filter change with full synhtic.

    Excellent original condition 1982 Suzuki GS550MZ Katana with only 6,374 miles!  One of my collection that is being sold.  This motorcycle is in absolutely perfect working mechanical condition. All controls, systems, etc work as new.  The motorcycle was purchased from John Wilson at Akron GS Works, one of the best GS mechanics around. John worked on every part of this bike without "restoring" it.

Suzuki has expanded its lineup by simply adding three black-painted aluminum panniers to the older V-Strom. The resulting "V-Strom" package has acquired its own name: Suzuki V-Strom 1050XT Tour. The total volume of the top and both side cases is 112 liters.

Suzuki GSX-R1000 Sportbike Gets New VVT System

Suzuki has adopted the SR-VVT (Suzuki Racing Variable Valve Timing) system on the 2017 GSX-R1000. A centrifugal drive system is integrated into the intake gear and adjacent guide plate. It features 12 steel balls and slant grooves to rotate and synchronize the intake valve at a predetermined RPM for increased power at high RPMs.
