My younger son started off on a Yamaha TTR90 and his 2nd bike was the KTM SX65, bought in 2010; which bike he rode for the next 4 years, when he started riding a Honda CRF 150.
The KTM is a great 2nd stage bike with a clutch for a young rider. Its not a beginner's bike since it has a clutch and for its size has a nice amount of power. Its a 2 stroke and leaks oil but starts up and runs. Have changed the oil and the spark plug regularly and have had it serviced by a dealer for brakes, carburetor and tires. |

Top Gear Live Completes Double Loop-the-Loop on KTM 250 SX-F – Video
Tue, 30 Oct 2012The Top Gear Live Stunt Team completed the first ever double loop-the-loop on a motorcycle, with rider Gary Hoptrough successfully navigating the two 26-foot loops on a KTM 250 SX-F. Hoptrough completed the “Deadly 720″ stunt in front of an audience of 4000 as part of the live touring version of the BBC series “Top Gear” at the Birmingham NEC in the U.K.
