2004 KTM Adventure (2004)
Up for sale is my 2004 KTM 950 Adventure S with so many upgrades I will specify separately. I bought the bike in trade for a 1200GSA and it is a better riding bike in every way. The suspension was professionally re-valved and restrung for rider/luggage combination of 260 pounds. It handles better than my 1200GSA with Ohlins ever did.2016-10-19 04:43:13Mooresville, North Carolina, United States177,000.00

2004 KTM Adventure (2004)
First if you are a pavement lover move on...this bike has and is used as it was designed. The tires are at 50-60%, includes a set of aluminum panniers with expandable top racks, SW mototech crash bars, black dog bash plate, FMF exhaust system, 60csx mount and wire (GPS NOT included), led headlight, a set of heated grips (not on it come with it), fresh chain and sprocket, cyrca hand guards, recent battery, and the plagued water pump seal has been replaced. I just got back from Colorado on it...had to repair an oil leak, but otherwise a sound ride.2016-10-11 04:46:11Paris, Tennessee, United States3123000

2004 KTM Adventure (2004)
2004 KTM ADVENTURE 'S'.Absolutely superb condition, 5300 miles. Looks, rides and feels like a brand new bike. Never spent a night out of the garage! Bone stock with the plusher, longer travel 'S' WP suspension. Carbureted, this is the best on/off road adventure bike ever made. It’s the closest version of the Adventure, that KTM made, to Meoni’s Dakar winning bike.2016-08-04 04:56:23Glendale, California, United States58600

2004 KTM 950 Adventure extremely low miles (2004)
This bike was never started or ridden from the moment it arrived at the original dealership in 2004 until just a few months ago in 2013!. It was placed into heated/dry storage in brand-new condition back in 2004 and stayed there until May of 2013. I bought the bike from the original owner and put the first and only miles on it. It now has just under 3000 miles on it. I've ridden it this summer and now am offering it for sale. It is totally stock with the exception of the KTM low/gel seat that I installed (the stock seat was tall and hard - so I sold that) and also the supermoto front fender I installed as well while modifiying the original stock fender to just the rear section in order to support the front brake hoses. I also subbed out the stock plastic hand-guard half-clamps for some nicer looking aluminum ones - otherwise the bike is 100% stock and in orginal condition. Everything is in working order and obviously it has its entire useful life left ahead of it. Unfortunately the bike did fall off the side-stand in my driveway of all places while on a very slight slope - so there are some scratches in the left tank and center panel. The black plastic bumper piece in the picture below the scratches will be replaced - I ordered that from KTM and will arrive in the coming days. Otherwise the bike is being sold as-is. The bike is also being offered for sale locally. I'm the owner of a small off-road european motorcycle shop in Northern VT. Please call or email me with any question - I'm here to help you! 2024 KTM 890 SMT Review
Thu, 01 Aug 2024The love child of a Duke and Adventure – that oddly works Photos by Edward Narraca. If ever there was an oxymoron in motorcycling, it’s the term “SuperMoto Touring,” and yet here it is, emblazoned on the side of this orange machine. Supermoto evokes images of dirt bikes on slick tires, being hucked sideways into corners.

2024 KTM 390 Duke Review – First Ride
Fri, 22 Mar 2024Premium treatment for the baby Duke Photos by: Francesc Montero, Sebas Romero Like many things in life, perspective is everything. Here in the US, KTM’s 390 Duke has been the smallest member of the Duke family (although that’s no longer true as the 250 and 200 Dukes cross the ocean, too). As the baby Duke in America, we generally look at it with kid gloves, a cute learner bike for someone to start with before coming up through the ranks.
2024 KTM 1390 Super Duke R EVO Review – First Ride
Thu, 07 Mar 2024We’ve officially entered into the world of the ridiculous Photos by Francesc Montero and Sebas Romero There’s only so much you can learn about a motorcycle after getting about four laps on a racetrack you haven’t seen in a decade. Factor in the cold conditions, a brand new, race-compound rear tire, and no tire warmers, and you can basically throw away any sort of authoritative impressions about the bike. Oh, and did I mention the bike in question is the 2024 KTM 1390 Super Duke R EVO and the racetrack was the ultra-tricky Almeria circuit?
2024 KTM 990 Duke Review – First Ride
Thu, 29 Feb 2024The middle Duke is giving off big brother vibes Photos: Francesc Montero, Sebas Romero It’s no secret that we at Motorcycle.com love KTM’s 790 and 890 Duke (and really love the 890 Duke R). Long-time readers will know this already, but if you’re new here, our history with the middle Duke family runs deep. Type in either 790 or 890 Duke in our search bar and you’ll see the myriad of stories and tests we’ve done with those bikes.
2023 KTM 890 Duke R: 5 Things You Need To Know
Tue, 12 Dec 2023We say goodbye to an instant classic with five things we love about it It’s hard to say goodbye to the ones you love, but that’s exactly what we have to do with the KTM 890 Duke R. One of our favorite bikes since its introduction, the 890 Duke R is leaving the KTM lineup to make way for the incoming 990 Duke (and the re-introduced 790 Duke). But before we bid it farewell, we put it up against some of its European contemporaries in a good old fashioned MO shootout.
2023 KTM RC 8C Review
Wed, 31 May 2023It had been quite a while since I last rode a multi-cylinder KTM on a racetrack – all the way back to 2011 and the Red Bull-sponsored factory RC8R 1200cc V-twin on which Martin Bauer was victorious in that year’s IDM German Superbike Championship, with teammate Stefan Nebel third. That was a key moment in the Austrian dirtbike specialist’s climb up the ladder to equal status with the likes of Honda and Ducati in the road racing pantheon, and showed that orange was a color to be reckoned with on-road as well as off it. KTM invited Alan Cathcart to join 30 customers to pick up their new RC 8Cs in Valencia and hobnob with the likes of Jeremy McWilliams, Mika Kallio, and Brad Binder.
