750R, ZR7, ZR-7, ZR7S, ZR-7S, Kawasaki 750, R750, Kawasaki ZR7S, Sport Touring (2003)
I couldn't have chosen a better motorcycle to learn how to ride (with professional training). Now that I'm confident (and have only enough storage room for 1 bike) I'm looking to upgrade. Let me tell you, I cannot recommend enough that any first time motorcyclist get a good, reliable, larger CC, and fun starter bike. The cost is cheap, and mistakes don't hurt the pocket book (and PRIDE) as much. I've made one mistake with this bike. After all the training I've received, I was never told about the releasing agent on the new tires. Needless to say, while turning around, I laid the bike down. ....on the right side. The fairing cracked a bit behind the turn signal. The rear view mirror got a little scratched (buffed that out). And the Ignition plate, exhaust, and throttle extension got scuffed. None of the damage effected the drive and reliability of the bike. Actually, wise planning for a possible event like this, protected me from what could have been ...a costly mistake. I've ridden this bike for just over 2,000 miles now and a have had zero issues with it. A very reliable bike. My next bike will be a Kawasaki because of it. This is a rebuilt motorcycle. I bought this from a gentleman who stated that the motorcycle was previously in a fire while being stored. Evidently, a girder landed on the tank, ruining it and causing some singe to the wiring. This is hardly noticeable, and doesn't even remotely effect the bikes operation. The gentleman I bought the bike from bought it from the company that rebuilt it. He was skeptical, as was, I about the bike. Similar to my story, he brought a mechanic with him to look at the bike before purchase. Since then, my friend (the mechanic who initially inspected the bike for me) and I had to replace the seals in the left shock, as it showed a small amount of fluid at the main gasket. Other than that, I replaced the rear tire and the rear brake pads. This bike still has low miles on it...obviously. My drive to work is 12 miles to and from....and I've deployed 2 times since I purchased it. Otherwise, it'd have more. As you can see by the pics, it has a D and D muffler. And it also comes with a Zero-Gravity windshield. Both items came with the bike. The bike stand and kick stand came standard with this motorcycle...an awesome standard feature. Oh, I killed the last battery. I bought a brand new Everstart last year and promptly depleted it by leaving the ignition on. So as punishment to myself, and a benefit to you, It has a brand new battery (properly charged) and a trickle/maintainer charger tol go with the purchase. I swear by battery maintainers! Any questions, email back. Look forward to hearing from you.2013-09-26 23:51:20Magnolia, Delaware, US10,8751,300.00

1981 Kawasaki Bobber ,Low Rider, Bullet, Custom KZ, (1981)
This 1981 Kawasaki Bobber Everything is Polished Aluminum: Runs strong, custom made diamond plate coffin tank easily removable for servicing. All new turn signals Inc LED Cats Eye tail, with polished 9mm caps. This bike has integrated turns, and license plate all in one. Blue accent park lights with strobe above the diamond tank. New AVG battery(turn signals only work in the running position). New leather seat with chrome springs and new Harley chrome front fender, polished master cylinder, new Daytona handle bars with anodized blue revolver grips, new polished aluminum rear pegs, front are steel spooled. This bike also has electric start. Both Tach and speedo were oiled & restored and polished with 10 LEDS per cluster. Also replaced a new Tachometer cable was installed. This bike has 13-33 gearing (2.50) a more desirable sprocket would be a 41 tooth. As with all rigid frames real wheel clearance is tight but has frame tabs (marked for proper alignment) front & rear. Tires look ok but will have to be replaced because of age. This bike also has a nice diamond plate battery box. Wiring harness is "tucked inside" of box with flasher and fuses. Rims Are 16" rear and 19" in front. Brakes function well. A sprocket change would make the performance much quicker as the bike currently has highway gears, duel anodized bottles mounted up front are for fuel or "anything else you want" (1/2 gal extra)! The motorcycle has all new fuel lines and 8 mm Accel wires installed. Side case and some other parts polished, it is a little "cold blooded" and must turn on full choke for 2 minutes at 9,000 feet it then responds immediately after warm up with 4 accelerator pumper carburetors, yes each has a squirt-er nozzle, and yes they all work . Performance is very good but would be much better at lower altitudes. The motor is a 1981 650 straight header (open), two center headers are pitted, but other than that everything else looks good. This bike turns more heads, and if you want to be ignored this is NOT the bike for you, It is LOUD + NASTY!! If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me @ 1-435-682-4006 Thanks Brian.2013-09-03 03:57:03Duck Creek Village, Utah, US10,7491,250.00

Kawasaki Elektrode Electric Balance Bike Designs Leak Ahead of Reveal
Thu, 26 May 2022Full details will be revealed June 7 Last week, Kawasaki dropped a teaser for a new electric two-wheeler, and we uncovered evidence that the teaser is for an electric balance bike called the Elektrode. Kawasaki is set to reveal the Elektrode on June 7 alongside some side-by-side models, but we’ve already got an idea what the balance bike will look like. Japan’s intellectual property office has published designs for a balance bike from Kawasaki, and though it doesn’t say it outright, the designs we can only assume will be for the Elektrode.

The 15-second teasers released on social media channels show images of a young rider and a dirt course, ending with the tag line: “The Good Times are electric.” The Good Times are Electric ⚡️Stay tuned for June 7th. Church of MO: 1997 Kawasaki ZX-6
Sun, 15 May 2022Twenty-five years ago, the 1997 Kawasaki ZX-6 had not yet grown an “R.” It came with a centerstand, dual exhausts, and weighed 430 pounds full of 4.8 gallons of unleaded fuel. The leaded stuff hadn’t been phased out until one year earlier, which may explain a lot about the mental condition of many of us Boomers. It was a great, inexpensive, do-anything motorcycle in other words.
Showdown: 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400 Vs KTM RC390 - At The Track
Tue, 19 Apr 2022Does the updated KTM have what it takes to dethrone the class king? Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield; Video by: Sean Matic | Videos by Sean Matic It’s good to be the king. At least, that’s what it feels like to anyone racing a Kawasaki Ninja 400.
2022 Kawasaki Z650RS Review - First Ride
Fri, 15 Apr 2022Retro-styling on a middleweight favorite. Credit: Photos by Kevin Wing “I’m not a fan of the Darth Vader looks.” It’s a line we hear often whenever we test one of Kawasaki’s sporty bikes, especially from the Z family of naked bikes. Internally known as the Sugomi design language, Kawasaki says “Someone, or something, possessing sugomi inspires awe, leaves an indelible impression, is daunting in stature or ability, and commands respect.” Maybe it does, or maybe it doesn’t, but angular lines and sharp creases also alienate a section of the motorcycling world who like the modern tech and power from Kawasaki’s Z line, but could do without the sugomi styling.
Showdown: 2021 Honda CRF300L Vs 2021 Kawasaki KLX300
Fri, 04 Mar 2022Entry-level, exit-level, and all points in between Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield; Video by: Sean Matic | Videos by Sean Matic Honda’s first CL72 250 Scrambler was lashed to the bumper of many a Conestoga wagon as it made its way westward, and I’m pretty sure it was a Kawasaki KLX300 that I wheelied over backwards, circa 1997, that really dampened my enthusiasm for stunting. At least Honda’s had the decency to change its nomenclature over the years to give the impression of evolution. Kawasaki is standing pat with the 292 cc Single that’s powered its KLX since 1996, along with its KLX nomenclature.
Kawasaki Unveils 50th Anniversary Street and Neo-Classic Z900 and Z650 editions
Mon, 17 Jan 2022To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Z-Series, the Greens have prepared colorways for two families of motorcycles that replicate the look and feel of the legendary Kawasaki Z1 from 1972.
