I have owned this bike for about 4 years. I bought it with all the motor work and other upgrades done. Here are some of the goodies (im probably forgetting some) big bore kit, stroker crank, pistons, rods, muzzy lockup clutch, custom wheels, custom swingarm, MSD shift light, air shifter, nitrous kit with controller. I have never sprayed the bike because I have not been able to get the controller to work. I have made some passes on motor in the low to mid 9s. The alternative energy models are part of Kawasaki’s efforts to reach carbon neutrality, with production models expected to launch in the next two to three years. Most of the prototypes used Kawasaki’s new Go with Green Power logo which will be used on its carbon neutrality efforts.

Kawasaki EV Prototype Revealed at Intermot
Tue, 04 Oct 2022Electric naked Z prototype to form basis for production model Kawasaki presented an electric prototype at Intermot, providing a glimpse of what an eventual production model may look like. The EV prototype was part of a wide-ranging speech from Masaya Tsuruno, managing director of Kawasaki Motors Europe, discussing the company’s approach to reaching carbon neutrality. Tsuruno did not provide much technical information about the EV prototype, though he did stress that the prototype will form the basis of a production machine.
