My 1992 goldwing is a very dependable motorcycle. I ride it 70 miles round trip to work on 75 mph roads and through the city in Waco Texas.The only mechanical note is that if the bike is parked on the kick stand and not the center stand it will puff smoke on start up after sitting over night. This is normal for gl1500 i park it on the center stand and never any smoke.

2006 level 3 gold wing, which comes with Anti-lock Brakes (ABS), Factory built-in Navigation (with voice guidance and POIs) as well as heated seats with seperate controls for the driver and passenger. The grips are also heated along with vents at the footpegs to let warm air off the engine keep your feet warm (this works!). The level 3 also comes with Premium Audio Package (front and rear speakers). I currently have just over 39k miles on the bike and I am continuing to ride it some so the mileage may go up some. Now if it’s a Honda sport tourer you crave, it’s the Gold Wing or, well, that’s about it. Anyway, the big 1261cc V-four ST1300 was quite the long-distance mile muncher 20 years ago.
