I have a 1973 Honda CL450 Scrambler for sale. I got the bike from the second owner so don't know a lot about it. It appears to be all original. The bike only has 10,405 miles on it. Started it up and seems to run good. Everything seems to work on the bike, turn signals, horn, brakes, etc. I do believe the clutch cable needs adjusted. The bike has new tires on it and I believe a new battery. The chrome shines nice and the paint is in excellant shape. The side covers and tank still look new. This is a very clean bike. Looking for a pristine CL450, look no further. This 1972 Honda CL450 has been completely restored; "a frame-off restoration". It is in showroom condition, you can proudly ride it or show it. When dismantled, all painted surfaces were bead blasted to bare metal. Gas tank interior was de-rusted by a Rusteco solution; rusteco.com . Gas tank and air filter covers were professionally painted. New decals applied and then painted with a clear coat, a very good UV protection. A used but VERY nice condition replacement speedometer installed on the bike reading, 9,821 miles. Original seat in good condition no cracks or tears, seam has pulled away 4-5 inches in back. One air filter cover is missing emblem, other side in excellent condition. Gas tank: no dents, good petcock, original paint, rust in tank, one pin hole near petcock was patched with JB weld. Front fender was repaired / welded at some point in time. I am selling my 1972 Honda CL175 with 5,784 miles. I would call this bike, for the year, to be in excellent condition. The original seat is flawless. The front and rear tires, along with the battery have been replaced. Gas tank has been cleaned inside and sealed, carbs rebuilt and it has had a complete tuneup. The oils have been changed and the filter cleaned. This bike starts and runs like new. The bike has been stored inside as you can tell by the seat, the paint and the red color in the tac and speedometer are still bright. There are some minor flaws so that you know that I am accurately representing this bike. The front rim has a spot rust mark, the front forks on the lower part will not polish up perfect, the tank has a small blemish on the right side, the right exhaust pipe has a blue spot and there is a small rash on the muffler guard. FS 1962 honda sport 50, I bought with original motor but mice were living inside bike and ate all the wires, so bought and mounted the lifan 125 cc motor, its also wired up. I bought as a project and don't have the time for it, I basically put the lifan motor on it and started it but wasn't able to drive due to throttle cable breaking and gas leak in the tank.
