2000 Honda Interceptor (2000)
Perfectly maintained 2000 VFR, recent chain and sprockets replaced at 50K, radiator flush and oil change at 55K, new Michelin PR3 with less than 700 miles on them, new Barnett clutch with less than 500 miles on it. The bike has Heli bars with heated grips a Sargent seat along with a Zero gravity windscreen. I am no stranger to the Honda Interceptors having owned, built, modified and maintained all of the first generation V4 bikes and I still own this bike, a modified VF1000F Interceptor and a highly modified VF1000R. 1986 Honda VFR 700. This has some historical interest as it was Japan's answer to the US import tariff on motorcycles 750cc or larger to protect Harley Davidson. Now if it’s a Honda sport tourer you crave, it’s the Gold Wing or, well, that’s about it. Anyway, the big 1261cc V-four ST1300 was quite the long-distance mile muncher 20 years ago.
