This is a running Honda CT200 trail 90.  The bike runs great.  It in good shape but the muffler has rusted out.  This is the older push rod motor that is not easy to find anymore. I found this bike sitting in a shed on a foreclosed house.  It had not been licensed since 1967. I pulled it out cleaned it up and got it running.  The bike has 2900 miles and has the optional rear seat.

For sale today is a fully restored 1970 CT 70H KO.  This is the some what rare bike of the mini trail 70's.  It is the 4 speed manual clutch.  I have had the bike for some time and just decided to make it new again.  The beautiful paint is a Topaz orange and pretty much dead on.  Like many of us I owned this exact bike when they first came out.  The vin on this is 120010 and the engine is 120043 and manufactured in 7/70.  The engine has been gone through completely.  It starts, idles,  runs and shifts so nicely.  No smoke.  I have replaced all the parts on this bike with NOS or OEM for the most part.  Shocks,  forks, handle bars, brakes, fenders, tires, cables, etc are new.  Completely all new electrical.  Even the rims are new.  I replaced everything.  I wanted a New Bike. It would be easier to say the foot brake,  tail light, bezel, and motor guard are not new.  The foot pegs, kickstand and seat have been powder coated for endurance. Lights and horn work perfect.  This bike was built to last another 50 yrs easy.

  • 1972 Honda CT1972 Honda CT (1972)
Hi, Up for sale is a beautiful 1972 Honda CT.  This motorcycle has 1893 miles and is in great original condition for being 44 years old!!  The paint shines and the chrome is incredible.  It has been kept in my garage for years riding only occasionally.  It is in original condition except for the carb which is aftermarket and working great! The original will be included along with a new battery. This is a blast to drive and gathers tons of attention.  This can be added to your collection or right to the campsite and trails!   It runs very smooth and very strong.  I drove it the other day and hit 40 with a little tail wind behind me.  This CT has a clear title and original key.  It also has original tool kit under the seat.  It does has scratches and some dents and scuffs as expected of a bike this age. I did my best to show close ups.  I put a new throttle cable in but does not always retract fully as it should.  The grab bars are aftermarket but there was no drilling.  Other than carb the motor has never been touched. I have sold multiple cars and misc items and have received 100% feedback.  Bid with confidence.  This Honda is being sold as is with no warranty.  I will require a 200 non refundable deposit within 48 hours of sale.  Remaining balance due within 7 days.  Shipping is the responsibilty of the buyer.  I will hold the bike for up to 3 weeks if paid in full within terms.  I will help with shipping but ultimately the responsibility and cost is to the buyer.  I will help put on pallet and get to a shipping company if there is one in my city.  Buyer will be responsible for arraning all of this.

2024 Honda Transalp Review – First Ride

Fri, 03 Nov 2023

A European staple comes to America Photos by Align Media/Honda Adventure bikes weren’t really a thing in 1989, at least not in the United States. Even BMW’s venerable GS was nothing more than a misunderstood, oversized dual-purpose machine with ties to the Paris-Dakar rally, which itself was only a little more than a decade old at the time. At the back of the dealership where I worked in 1991, parked next to the tire rack, languished a 1989 Honda XL600V Transalp.

A cult classic scooter electrified and reimagined for Gen Z Photos: Honda/Wedrick Campbell It doesn’t take long to scoot around Honda’s US headquarters in Torrance, California to see how the new Motocompacto makes a lot of sense. Honda HQ is effectively a campus, with multiple buildings interlinked by arteries of short roads. Walking is the usual method people use to get around.

Church of MO: 2003 Honda ST1300

Sun, 29 Jan 2023

By John Burns 1990 Honda ST1100 begat 2003 Honda ST1300, which begat 2014 Honda CTX1300… which at some point in the last few years seems to have gone, mercifully, the way of all flesh. Now if it’s a Honda sport tourer you crave, it’s the Gold Wing or, well, that’s about it. Anyway, the big 1261cc V-four ST1300 was quite the long-distance mile muncher 20 years ago.
