  • CJ360T Professionally Built Urban Tracker by Digital DirectivCJ360T Professionally Built Urban Tracker by Digital Directiv (1976)
This bike was built to be unveiled at The One Motorcycle Show 2013 in Portland, OR and is displayed in their accompanying documentary.  It has since been featured on Bike EXIF and has made an appearance the The One Motorcycle Show in Austin, TX as well.  This is a full custom build from the ground up built with the attitude of an urban pothole jumper.  I call it an Urban Tracker.  For the build, it was completely stripped down the smallest nut and bolt.  The frame was cleaned, de-tabbed, and powdercoated.  At the same time, every piece of hardware that couldn't be replaced with stainless was treated to a new bright zinc coating.

2024 Honda Transalp Review – First Ride

Fri, 03 Nov 2023

A European staple comes to America Photos by Align Media/Honda Adventure bikes weren’t really a thing in 1989, at least not in the United States. Even BMW’s venerable GS was nothing more than a misunderstood, oversized dual-purpose machine with ties to the Paris-Dakar rally, which itself was only a little more than a decade old at the time. At the back of the dealership where I worked in 1991, parked next to the tire rack, languished a 1989 Honda XL600V Transalp.

Honda HQ is effectively a campus, with multiple buildings interlinked by arteries of short roads. Walking is the usual method people use to get around.
