  • 1981 Honda CB 9001981 Honda CB 900 (1981)
1981 Honda CB 900 I bought 2 years ago in original condition, I changed the oil and put about 2000 miles on it I tried to restore it and in the process of sanding the tank I put a pin hole that you can't see with the naked eye but leaked gas after a few hundred miles.  The leaking caused the paint to flake off the tank, so the gas tank needs to be sealed and repainted. It was starting to get colder when this happened so its been stored since.  It also needs a new battery.  It ran great before it was stored for winter.  Will need very little work before it is street ready. Clean title in hand Local pickup or buyer is responsible for shipping           It is sold as is non running On Aug-29-13 at 15:36:16 PDT, seller added the following information:  Also includes detachable windshield shown in picture

1975 Honda Cb 750, There is so much to say about this bike and the work I have done to it in order to bring it to the quality of restoration it has come to be. The Seat for starters is a complete one off I made it from 16 gauge steel and was made to carry the battery inside which is a Lithium Ion. The seat cushion was also made completely custom for the bike.

This bike ran pretty well 2 years ago before it was put away for the winter.  A couple weeks ago I pulled it out of the mothballs, started it up and found it was running on 3 cylinders.  I took the carbs off, cleaned them, and ran a bottle of  B-12 carb cleaner through the gas.  It is now running on all 4 cylinders, but backfires on deceleration.  It has brand new tires with less than 10 miles on them, has new headlight ears, new headlight, new battery and both cam timing chains have recently been changed along with new rings and valve adjustment.  It comes with 2 Vetter hard bags that are in decent shape, along with mounting hardware.  Right now I just don't have any time or energy to put into this bike and need the space in my garage.

Church of MO: Honda Pacific Coast 800 First Impression

Sun, 01 Jan 2023

Now that it’s 2023, that means 1998 was 25 years ago and the Honda PC800, in its last year of production, is thus fair game for this week’s sacred Church of MO. The more all these years pile up, the more some of us dig practical devices like scooters. So why not a big scooter like this one?

Honda Reveals First Look of Electric Motorcycle – With a Parade Float

134th Rose Parade takes place January 2, 2023 It’s been a couple of months since Honda outlined its electric motorcycle plans, which included a mix of mopeds, scooters and three large-sized “Fun EVs” destined for North America by 2024 and 2025. Today, Honda released another glimpse of a future electric motorcycle in, of all places, a rendering of its float for the 2023 Rose Parade.

Tue, 08 Nov 2022

Stylish with a removable battery, but only for Europe Honda is one of several manufacturers showing off shiny e-scooters slated for 2023 release, and the 2023 Honda EM1 e: looks pretty nice. Destined for Europe (at least initially, we hope), the EM1 e: is one of the 10 motorcycle models that the manufacturer has pledged to release by 2025, with the company’s other stated goal of being carbon neutral by 2050 hanging in the balance. The e-scooter’s name is derived from Electric Moped, and it is aimed at younger potential riders looking for stylish, fun urban transportation (which explains the Euro release).
