    2009 Harley Davidson V-Rod Night Rod 1250 CC VRSCDX Vance Hines Pipes (originals can be included for an extra 150) Liquid Cooled Only 3101 Miles Clean Title (Located in Upstate NY will be shipping from there not Tx)  This bike was bought as a rider for a father and 2 sons to cruise together.  The other 2 bikes are listed as well.  Times have changed and they are no longer riding so its time to let the bikes go and move on to some new toys. The V-rod Was created to compete with the changing demographic and upcoming changes that will ultimately come down reducing the volume of air cooled bikes.  The 1250 cc 60 degree V-twin pumps out 125 hp and 86ftlbs of torque.  The low slung riding position and wide powerband make this ride an excellent candidate for the rider that wants a bit more sport in their cruiser bike.  The V-twin is cooled by a large liquid cooling system allowing for liner performance in even the hottest conditions.  This bike is a personal favorite of mine and is one that is sure to fit as the dream ride for many cycle enthusiasts. For years, the M has been offering free factory tours of its operations in York, Pa., Kansas City, Mo., Tomahawk, Wis., and Menomonee Falls, Wis., facilities. In 2009, Harley-Davidson introduced a premium tour that takes guests into “employee-only” areas called the “Steel Toe Tour” at its Menomonee Falls location.

The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“  exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.

2012 Harley-Davidson Seventy-Two and Softail Slim Revealed

As expected, Harley-Davidson pulled the wraps off of two new 2012 models, the ’70s-styled Seventy-Two Sportster (pictured above) and the bobber-styled Softail Slim. Harley-Davidson will introduce a new 1200cc Sportster model  released by the California Air Resources Board. The new 2012 Harley-Davidson Seventy-Two is expected to be announced at the company’s winter dealer meeting next month, and it may not be alone. Newly released documents from the CARB reveal the Harley-Davidson Seventy-Two among the company’s 1200cc Sportster offerings alongside the Forty-Eight, 1200 Custom and Nightster.

Harley-Davidson reported a 10.9% growth in motorcycle sales in the fourth quarter and a total annual growth of 5.9% for 2011. The growth resulted in a net profit of $599.1 million for Harley-Davidson. The Motor Company sold 235,188 motorcycles in 2011, up from 222,110 units sold in 2010.
