BMW R90/6 w/Dneper sidecar (1974)
1974 BMW R90/6 with Dneper sidecar - Recently tuned and replaced alternator rotor and battery. Customer is getting on in years and just doesn't ride enough to keep it. This is a very nice older rig we built about 10 years ago. The odometer doesn't work, but we have kept track of the mileage. It is approximately 54,000. Oil has been changed regularly and tune ups about every 1 1/2 years. The triple trees have been upgraded to Perry's sidecar triple tree. It has a steering dampner from bike to sidecar. This rig is ready to go just about anywhere. If you are local, or you want to fly in from out of State and have not driven a sidecar rig before, we will give you sidecar lessons. Wed, 02 Oct 2024The Svartpilen 801 has a new roadster-styled sibling, as Husqvarna announces the new “White Arrow” Vitpilen 801. Like the Black Arrow, the Vitpilen adopts the 799cc LC8c Parallel-Twin of the KTM 790 Duke, offering yet a new option to the shared platform. Ryan Adams recently reviewed the Svartpilen 801 and found it a “worthy contender in the market that brings its own unique style alongside proven performance.” That theme continues with the new Vitpilen, which brings its own take, with more aggressive ergonomics and a bright splash of color in yellow (a silver color is also available if you prefer something less flashy).
