2008 BMW K1200S * ABS, Heated Grips, On Board Computer, Luggage Rack (2008)
Up for sale we have a nice 2008 BMW K1200S. We are a BMW motorcycle dealership & we acquired this motorcycle recently from a store client of ours. This BMW sport touring motorcycle is in very good condition both mechanically & cosmetically. With only 12,551 miles this BMW K1200S will bring the next owner many thousands of worry free miles out on the open road. This motorcycle has the BMW options of Heated grips, ABS Brakes, On Board Computer, Luggage Rack, and Additional Accessory Outlet added to the dash. This motorcycle does have some scratches on the left side fairing from a driveway tip over, not while riding at speed (see close-up images below). There is a rip to the left hand grip (see image below also) and a few minor scratches on left mirror & clutch lever that are not visible in images (we tried shooting these scratches but they will not show in pics). Like the Black Arrow, the Vitpilen adopts the 799cc LC8c Parallel-Twin of the KTM 790 Duke, offering yet a new option to the shared platform. Ryan Adams recently reviewed the Svartpilen 801 and found it a “worthy contender in the market that brings its own unique style alongside proven performance.” That theme continues with the new Vitpilen, which brings its own take, with more aggressive ergonomics and a bright splash of color in yellow (a silver color is also available if you prefer something less flashy).
