    1999 BMW R1200C nice shape 21000 mile runs great,daily rider so mileage may change.the bike is in good shape and needs a good cleaning,but will do that this week end .Im just driving it to work this week and then I'll take care of that.It hase a few scuffs on the top of the bag lids Also the small bar that supports the blinker has lost its finish on the right side.I dont know why but see photo's of both the bags and the blinker support.There are a few small chips on the frame.It has good tires with about 80 % thread. every thing works as it should.The bike is not black it is a verry verry dark purple or what ever they call purple these days. This bike is a 1999 and is in good shape but not show room so please look at photo's good and ask any questions you need.

     BMW R 75/5 Motorcycle.  34,396 miles.  Completely rebuilt.  EVERYTHING was redone.  From the speedo to all rubber, matching serial numbers front forks, Koni rear shocks, front and rear brakes, clutch, electrical, rings, carbs, stainless steel nuts and bolts, electronic ignition ect ect. New paint but not original color or pin stripes.  Very dependable, no oil leaks and always starts and will go all day.  Always turns heads and gets thumbs up.  Comes with manual and a large box of extra parts. Remember that it is about 43 years old and very nice but not perfect.

Back in the Black Photos by Fabio Polimeni In November 2022 Italian trophy brand MV Agusta, wholly owned since 2019 by Russian entrepreneur Timur Sardarov and his family, and Pierer Mobility AG – KTM’s parent company – reached an agreement on ‘future strategic cooperation’, as a result of which the Austrian firm headed by Stefan Pierer would acquire a 25.10% stake in MV Agusta via its KTM AG subsidiary. At the first meeting of the newly constituted MV Agusta board on November 15, a capital increase of €30 million was agreed, denoting the sum KTM had paid to acquire its new minority shareholding in the company. As part of this strategic alliance KTM took charge of purchasing all components needed to manufacture MV Agusta’s entire range of models, as well as responsibility for marketing, distribution and after-sales service for MV Agusta on a global basis outside Italy.

Expect Y-AMT on the MT-09 and other sporty streetbikes Yamaha announced a new automatic transmission system, joining the list of manufacturers introducing some form of electronic gear shifting technology following Honda, BMW, and KTM. The Yamaha Automated Manual Transmission (Y-AMT) system allows for quick shifting without the need for a manual clutch lever, with Yamaha claiming more consistently faster and precise shifting than the latest quickshifters currently available. Y-AMT isn’t Yamaha’s first foray into automatic shifting.

World Supersport 300 Championship to End After 2025 Season

A new entry-level class will debut in 2026 The World Supersport 300 championship is on its penultimate lap, with the entry-level racing series set to end following the 2025 racing season. According to an announcement from the Superbike Commission which sets the regulations for production-based racing, the 300 class will be replaced by a new entry-level series for 2026 and beyond. At a micro level, the news is not entirely surprising.

Updated model gets certified by CARB After being absent from the 2024 offerings, the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP is poised to return to American Honda’s lineup for 2025 with the updates introduced at EICMA. The Fireblade SP was last offered in the U.S. as a 2023 model, and when Honda announced an updated version last November, we were disappointed to hear nary a peep from American Honda about the superbike.
