BMW K1200LT - Great Condition LOW MILES - 50 MPG (1999)
BMW K 1200 LT MOTORCYCLE – LOW MILES – NO RESERVE For sale is a 1999 BMW K 1200 LT in Very Good Condition. I am selling all of my bikes, because I am getting older and don’t get out that often. I have owned 7 bikes, and this one is by far my favorite. It easily handles two passengers and all of the luggage you can handle. I purchased this bike 5+ years ago, and have probably put an average of 600 miles on it per year. The tires and brakes are in excellent shape and working condition. The hard cases are in great shape and perfect working condition. I have taken excellent care of this bike, which has been garaged and covered when not in use. I have also changed the oil and filters regularly. Also included, are all of the items needed for the next service (oil, oil filter, oil filter tool, and air filter). I am also including a newer cover to shield the bike from dust and the elements. This bike is in the exact same condition that I purchased it. There are several markings on the bike that most people don’t notice. When I purchased the bike, I was making aware the cruise control occasionally disengages. Although this has happened a handful of times, it has never been enough of an issue to warrant attention (see last pictures). As NOTED ABOVE, EVERYTHING ELSE ON THE BIKE IS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER. Engine and transmission Displacement: 1171.00 ccm (71.45 cubic inches) Engine type: In-line four, four-stroke Power: 98.00 HP (71.5 kW)) @ 7000 RPM Torque: 115.00 Nm (11.7 kgf-m or 84.8 ft.lbs) @ 4750 RPM Top speed: 198.0 km/h (123.0 mph) 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph): 4.600 seconds 60-140 km/h (37-87 mph), highest gear: 16.500 seconds Compression: 10.8:1 Bore x stroke: 70.5 x 75.0 mm (2.8 x 3.0 inches) Cooling system: Liquid Gearbox: 5-speed Transmission type, final drive: Shaft drive (cardan) Fuel consumption: 0.62 litres/100 km (161.3 km/l or 379.39 mpg) Greenhouse gases: 14.4 CO2 g/km.2013-09-04 07:51:26Muscatine, Iowa, US49,6034,695.00 -

2008 BMW K1200S (2008)
2008 BMW K1200S, 23,900 miles, clear title. All maintenance & service done local at Gina’s BMW in Iowa City, IA, have all service records and receipts. I am the 2nd owner, I bought it 3 years ago from an employee at Gina’s BMW. Previous owner and I both adults with plenty of riding experience. Bike is in very good condition, and has never been dropped or laid down. It is always garage kept, on front and rear stands, and a battery tender. This bike is great for long trips, even 2-up with luggage, or short and aggressive riding on twisty roads. It has factory keyed (same as ignition) BMW expandable hard saddle bags, as well as the extra BMW factory rear luggage rack. This bike is EXTREMELY fast, and is not a bike for beginners; 1,157cc (dry sump), 150+ hp, 6 sp, shaft-drive. I have added a waterproof USB port, Remus Powercone exhaust, and K&N air filters. Tires are Michelin Pilot Pure. Factory ABS, and adjustable rear suspension. I also have a digital service manual on CD. Additional pictures and/or information available upon request. 1991 BMW K-Series (1991)
1991 BMW K75s This bike is a great survivor. It is far from a show bike, but a good, well-maintained driver. I have owned the bike for about 5 years and put about 5000 miles on it. These bikes are rare, smooth sport touring machines and are very reliable. They have aluminum fuel tanks so no worries about rust in the fuel system. They are shaft drive and fuel-injected. It always starts at the push of the button. Tires are Metzler Lasers and are in good shape. This bike has had regular oil changes and air filter replacements. I am not sure how accurate the odometer is as far as original miles, but it works. As I said, the paint is not perfect and the Corbin seat shows wear, but it is a special old BMW that needs to be passed to another good home.2016-06-30 04:51:03Humboldt, Iowa, United States173,750.00 -

Limited Edition Vespa 946 Snake Celebrates Lunar New Year
Fri, 17 Jan 2025Vespa probably isn’t the brand you’d think would be celebrating the Lunar New Year and honoring the Chinese zodiac, but for the third year in a row, the Italian brand has done just that with a limited edition 946 scooter. The 2025 Vespa 946 Snake comes after last year’s 946 Dragon and 2023’s 946 Bunny as the third entry in the brand’s Lunar Collection. We can probably expect the collection to expand over the next decade to complete the Chinese zodiac’s 12 animals, with a Horse-themed model for 2026.The 946 Dragon came in a muted golden color with a bold green dragon graphic on the front shield, while the 2023 946 Bunny had a more playful look, with a lime green color and a cartoon rabbit on the shield.

2025 Harley-Davidson Carry-Over Models Announced
Fri, 03 Jan 2025What Harley announced… and what it didn’t Harley-Davidson announced its first batch of models returning for 2025 (well, technically second batch, if you include the returning police bikes confirmed in December, so, let’s say the first batch of consumer models). As usual, the first bikes to be announced are carry-over models, those returning with new color options and pricing adjustments, but no significant mechanical changes. These include the Road Glide, Street Glide, and Road King Special baggers, plus the Road Glide 3, Freewheeler, and Tri Glide Ultra trikes.
How to Add More Power to Your Harley-Davidson
Thu, 02 Jan 2025Three easy and three not-so-easy tips to help you crank up the performance on your hog Harley-Davidson and engine performance go together like cheese curds and piping hot Milwaukee bratwurst. They're a natural fit, folks! American V-Twin fans have enormous aftermarket support to extract extra oomph from their engines or go whole-hog with complete performance builds that won't leave any horsepower or torque on the table.
2025 Harley-Davidson FLHXU Confirmed: Enter the Street Glide Ultra?
Tue, 24 Dec 2024Harley-Davidson has been pretty tight-lipped about its 2025 model lineup so far, but Motorcycle.com can confirm that it will include at least one new touring model designated “FLHXU”. Considering the Street Glide is the FLHX, it’s a safe bet that the new model will be a Street Glide Ultra, which somehow has never actually existed before. For those unfamiliar with Harley-Davidson nomenclature, Ultras are Harley-Davidson’s big-rig touring models, typically equipped with fairing lowers, a Tour-Pak combination topcase and passenger backrest, plus other amenities for racking up miles in comfort.
Best Naked Motorcycle of 2024: KTM 1390 Super Duke
Fri, 20 Dec 2024The 1290 Super Duke was already a ridiculous motorcycle with the amount of power it had, all wrapped up in a fairing-less package. I thought we had reached peak levels of power, torque, and displacement – especially in naked bikes – and the industry would shift its attention towards electronics to make it all manageable. But then KTM went and threw the playbook out the window with this, the 1390 Super Duke.

Tue, 17 Dec 2024Finding the right pieces to fit your plans Photos by Alyssa Bridges. One of the wonderful things about adventure riding, is that you can go from highways to trails in the blink of an eye – or a slight adjustment of your tire pressure and ride-mode. Motorcycle.com Best of 2024
Wed, 11 Dec 2024Welcome to December, which means that ordinarily, this is where one of us blathers on about how the last 11+ months have flown by too quickly. But this year was a little special, as MO is celebrating its 30th anniversary. That’s pretty crazy, when you think about it.
