2008 Yamaha R6 Special Edition bought with 60 miles on it and currently at 4441 miles. Never dropped and title in hand. Some goodies on the bike are full titanium Akrapovic exhaust system with carbon fiber slip on, k&n race air filter, frame sliders, new Michelin Pilot Pro 4 tires, all fluids changed to synthetic, power commander and dyno jet auto tune system, ASV shorty levers, Custom LED Blaster X integrated rear tail light and a few powder coated pieces to make the bike really stand out. Sharp bike and REALLY well taken care of. The bike comes with the original clear windshield and stock pieces. Bike is garage kept with zero scratches.

Yamaha Announces AMA Road Racing Teams For 2013

Today, Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA, has announced its U.S. road racing teams to compete in the 2013 GEICO Motorcycle AMA Pro Racing season, which kicks off in March at the famed Daytona International Speedway.  Superbike In the AMA Pro National Guard Superbike division, Yamaha is fielding “Team Josh,” as three-time and defending class champion, Josh Hayes once again teams up with Josh Herrin, the 2012 AMA Rookie of the Year. Despite setting single-season records for the most SuperBike wins, the most consecutive SuperBike wins, and the most SuperBike poles, the elder Josh hasn’t lost any of his competitive fire. During the off-season, Josh signed a two-year contract to stay with Monster Energy/Graves/Yamaha because he loves the team and he still feels that he’s got a lot of unfinished business to attend to.

Colin Edwards Announces Retirement At End Of Season

Colin Edwards has announced he will retire at the conclusion of the 2014 MotoGP season. The announcement came during the pre-event press conference ahead of this weekend’s Austin MotoGP race — Edwards’ home round. The two-time World Superbike champion cited a lack of progress from winter testing as one reason for the decision.
