Up for auction is a 1976 Yamaha yz 250 in excellent condition. Runs and rides great, shifts great. Has been in storage since about 2000 and looks to be a low hour bike. Has aftermarket fenders with the front one being a Preston petty and the rear a KW, both are in decent condition. The tank has one dent(pictured) and a few paint chips that are roughly filled in(pictured). The seat is in mint condition. No rust on bike. I do have the original title to the bike. MotoGP to Re-Visit Rookie Rule
Tue, 19 Jun 2012MotoGP organizers are re-opening discussion for the series’ rookie rule which prevents new riders from entering the series with factory teams. Introduced following the 2009 MotoGP season, the rule was designed to give satellite teams the chance to field young up-and-coming talents they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to sign. The theory was the rule would protect the satellite teams and spread out the talent pool.
