    Up for sale is a barn find 1979 Yamaha XS Eleven with a complete Vetter Windjammer Kit. Motorcycle was purchased new by the last owner in 1979 and was driven on the road until around 1989, then it went into storage.  I haven't tried to hook up a battery and to start it, it sat for such an long time and that's something for the new owner to go thru all parts. Engine turns free, tires holding air and there's a dent in the tank.

It's an awesome bike, easy to work on, tons of parts (both aftermarket and OEM), easy to ride, quick but not crazy, and an awesome sound (parallel twins are my personal favorite).  I got this bike from the original 1979 buyer and I have the papers to prove; I have the original invoice from Action Sport Cycles in Metuchen and the original owner's packet w/ the manual, warranty card and information booklet.

    Here is another in a long line of restorations we have completed.  Each year we build and restore several XS1100s in various years and models.  We restore customer owned and our own collection.  This is our most recent Special for someone to own and enjoy.  Those who have owned one know just exactly what this bike is.  Those who have not, would be in for a pleasant surprise.  This is a frame up total restoration.  Although we restore all makes and models of vintage bikes, the XS1100 is our speciality.  This is the first of several XS1100s we will be listing in the upcoming weeks.  We build these bikes for people to not just look at, but to ride.  We would like to make you one of our valued customers as we stand behind the bikes we sell.  Below is a list of items performed in restoration. Yamaha Announces MT-10 And MT-10 SP For 2022

This news should come as a surprise to nobody, but it’s still equally as exciting to finally get the official confirmation: Yamaha is bringing an updated MT-10 to the US. Maybe more exciting is the announcement that Yamaha is also bringing an MT-10 SP here as well. We reported earlier this month that a new MT-10 was coming, but at the time, the report was only confirmed for Europe.

As of this writing, the 2022 MT-10 has not been confirmed for the U.S., but we expect that will happen soon. Visually, Yamaha gave the MT-10 a styling refresh, giving it a new, less-angular face.

That includes an 889cc inline Triple and new Deltabox-style frame. As of this writing, the new 2022 Yamaha XSR900 has not been announced for the U.S., but we expect to get news on that front soon.
