Yamaha XS description
Here is another in a long line of restorations we have completed. Each year we build and restore several XS1100s in various years and models. We restore customer owned and our own collection. This is our most recent Special for someone to own and enjoy. Those who have owned one know just exactly what this bike is. Those who have not, would be in for a pleasant surprise. Ben Spies talks MotoGP
Tue, 15 Jun 2010TECH 3 Yamaha man Ben Spies gives a fairly in-depth interview about Mugello MotoGP, his championship hopes and his riding style with On The Throttle TV. The multiple AMA superbike champ, who's racing for the first time on many of the MotoGP tracks, reveals he spends most of Friday practice learning the circuit, while others are focusing on set-up and fast lap times. Spies fan or not, it's well worth a watch.
Max Biaggi loses the plot . . and very nearly his teeth !
Tue, 29 Mar 2011I’ve just got back from Donington Park and the second round of the World Superbike championship. The racing was exciting, going off without a hitch, and the weather was unseasonably kind, but the meeting will be remembered by those in the fairly close knit WSB paddock for reasons other than the temperature or the race results. It’ll be remembered by most, especially those who witnessed it, as the meeting where Max Biaggi finally lost his already feeble grip on reality.
