Yamaha XS description

This 36 year old motorcycle is in good condition. Obviously this bike has had an easy life. under 6400 miles. Everything works. Starts right up.Runs very good. No knocks pings or rattles from the 850 cc engine. I just replaced the brake pads and flushed the lines. Stops good. The tires are original with lots of tread life and no cracking. Still soft and pliable and handle just fine. This is a fun motorcycle small enough for city riding big enough to handle highway speeds all day.

The lavender sky over Bryce faded as we continued westward on Hwy 12. Refusing to pack a second visor for my Shoei Hornet X2, I lifted the dark smoke shield as I led our crew into the dark dense forest, keeping my line of sight just above the Ténéré’s windscreen in an attempt to protect my peepers from the onslaught of kamikaze insects.
