Triumph Other description

1940 Triumph T100, in excellent condition. Restored over several years, new rims/spokes, everything rechromed and repainted. Engine rebuilt, and had the crank modified to take shell bearings. Lights work, but the reproduction inspection lamp isn't wired, since I intended to fasten it in there permanently.  The magneto was rebuilt in the UK. and it starts easily and runs well. I have tried to keep everything as original as possible, the rear lamp is a lucas MT110, but I had to replace the broken lens.  The mileage is unknown, since the speedo is not original to the bike, but Ebay insists I enter an accurate mileage. There  are  scratches on the right muffler where the kickstart rubbed it, and there  may be minor paint chips, but nothing major. I couldn't get a good shot of the frame number, but it's stamped in the usual 2 places, TF3475.  It comes with a valid Canadian ownership. I welcome personal inspection prior to bidding if your within driving distance, but the only payment method I will accept is bank transfer, and this must be done prior to collection or shipping. I will ship anywhere, and will do what I can from this end to assist, but buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I would be prepared to drive to a border crossing near Buffalo, if this would help a US buyer.

With 12.22 miles of road winding its way to the 14,115-ft. summit, Pikes Peak International Hill Climb can be a daunting and dangerous challenge. Just ask our own Troy Siahaan who competed in last year’s “Race to the Clouds“ and broke his foot after crashing and falling off a 15-foot drop.

David Beckham Rides Custom Triumph Bonneville into Amazon Rainforest

Tue, 10 Jun 2014

After 22 years on the soccer field, David Beckham took on a new challenge in the form of the Amazon rainforest. To accomplish this task, he needed three things: some friends, a documentary film crew, and a custom-built Triumph Bonneville. There are nobbies under all that mud.

Triumph Reveals Thruxton Ace Café Special Edition for US Market – Video

Mon, 13 Oct 2014

This past weekend at the Barber Vintage Festival, Triumph took the wraps off a special edition Thruxton that was created with the famed Ace Café London. Harkening back to one of the lynchpins of the British café racer movement of the 1960s, the Thruxton Ace Café Special Edition molds the profile of the classic Triumph racer of the era to the thoroughly modern Thruxton.
