This bike is virtually brand new and almost as if just off the showroom. Purchased just last September, 2015 and it has a three year warranty so you still have till September 2018. Purchased at Paul Blouin Performance in Augusta Maine. Runs great, on the road, inspected, clear title ready to go. Kept under cover in garage. Silver. Extras: Tachometer, luggage rack, luggage bags (the reflective tape comes off if you don't like), Twisted Throttle engine guards (crash bars), retro flat seat, Denali high intensity safety lights. Only 275 miles. Why am I selling? I shouldn't have purchased in first place; just fell in love with it. I don't ride it much (obviously) and when I do I ride so slow the cars behind me get annoyed; no longer the young rider I once was. Triumph Street Triple Used to Test Rocket Components – Video
Fri, 04 May 2012California-based aerospace company XCOR is using a Triumph Street Triple to test rocket components for a suborbital spacecraft. Of course, what immediately comes to mind is a giant rocket strapped on to the Triumph, but the truth is much less dramatic, yet still fascinating. XCOR is using the Street Triple for endurance testing of bearings components for the rocket propellant piston pump of the Lynx suborbital spacecraft.
2012-2013 Triumph Speed Triple in Two Transmission-Related Recalls in Canada
Tue, 21 May 2013Transport Canada announced two separate transmission-related recalls for the 2012 and 2013 Triumph Speed Triple. At this time, the recall only affects Speed Triples in Canada though a separate recall should be expected for the U.S. market.
