Triumph Bonneville description

Very original, well-maintained 1966 Triumph Bonneville which I have owned for 30 years. Clear Arizona title. Bike has always been kept in a climate-controlled, dry garage. I ride this bike occasionally, noting everything works...lights, stoplamp, horn, speedo, tachometer, kill-button. Tool tray. Correct Amal carburetors, 766 and 389/195. I also recently replaced all cables, grips, boots and front handlebar with genuine British parts, noting the effort to retain all correct fasteners and clamps.  Mileage 12,047, which should be correct, based on working speedometer.  Replaced tires and tubes a couple of years ago with Dunlop Gold Seal K70s, rear 4.00x18. front 3.25x19 on original Dunlop rims which are still very nice. Boyer ignition. New battery last year. Matching serial number bike T120R DU27418. No fuel tank leaks or repairs. Original dry-sump oil leaks when parked. This is NOT a "big-buck" restoration with all parts replaced; it wasn't necessary.  Take a good look and you will find a motorbike that you can ride or show with satisfaction. The photos will depict condition as described and I will attempt to answer any reasonable questions or provide additional photos as requested. The reserve reflects the value of the bike as described. I have this available for sale locally and may end the auction early if a serious buyer emerges.

Triumph Raced Virtually Everything In 2013 – Video

Thu, 24 Oct 2013

You may not have realized it, but Triumph North America raced in everything from AMA road racing, AMA flat track, and FIM land speed racing in 2013. And because that wasn’t enough, it also teamed up with Ernie Vigil and Nick Apex to produce some of our favorite stunt riding videos, too. Couldn’t catch it all?

2013 Triumph Tiger Sport Announced

Thu, 10 Jan 2013

Triumph revealed a new version of its 1050cc Tiger named the Tiger Sport. Triumph currently lists this new Tiger Sport beside its Tiger 1050 on the Triumph website’s 2013 offerings but the new model appears to be a replacement for the previous model which has been relatively unchanged since its introduction in 2007. Officially unveiled at the Brussels Motor Show, the 2013 Triumph Tiger Sport receives new body panels, tail and windscreen but perhaps the most notable design change is the new single-sided swingarm which better shows off the black cast aluminum alloy multi-spoke rear wheel.
