Suzuki Hayabusa description

I am relisting my Hayabusa.  The winner of the auction turned out to be a scam and the other people that contacted me flaked out.

The bike is in good shape.  I have owned it for a bit over 5 years and maybe put 5,000 miles on it in that time.  I have never experienced any mechanical issues, the bike only suffers from some cosmetic problems.  The main ones are pictured.  Those happened before I owned the bike, I have done my best to keep it in good shape.  Another cosmetic problem is that the front brake lever's tip has been broken off.  It's just the end where it curves into a ball.  It is still 100% functional and never caused any issues.
I am only selling the bike because I am attempting to move out of state and I am not capable of transporting it, and I won't have a place to store it. Included with the sale is the backseat bubble cover thing.  I do not know the actual name of it.  Also included is a spare battery.

I will answer any questions to the best of my abilities. Thanks for checking it out.

Suzuki is considering moving its motorcycle research facility from its current coastal location to its main factory in Hamamatsu, Japan, to decrease the risk of damage from future tsunamis. According to a report in the Nikkei business daily, Suzuki is acquiring more land in Hamamatsu to house the research center and other facilities. Suzuki CEO Osamu Suzuki first brought up the idea to relocate some of its higher risk coastal properties during its 2011-2012 fiscal year forecast report.
