Thanks for looking selling for my boss 1999 Suzuki Hayabusa GSX1300R LIMITED EDITION, Just over 13,000 miles. Adult owned and appreciated, this bike looks and runs as good as the day it was made. Collectible value as the first year Unrestricted Hayabusa, own a piece of sport bike history. Made before factory speed limiter, 220+ mph if you dare. All stock except for the baritone Yoshimura 4 into 1 exhaust, polished frame. Brand new battery, fresh tires, no issues. Philippine Superbike Champion in Fatal Accident
Thu, 19 May 2011Four-time Philippines national superbike champion Maico Greg Buncio has succumbed to injuries suffered in a high speed crash May 14 in a qualifying session at the Clark Speedway Racing Circuit. According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, the 22-year-old Suzuki factory racer high-sided after his GSX-R600 ran over some debris on the track. Maico reportedly rolled into an unfinished barrier and was pierced by a protruding steel bar.
2009-2011 Suzuki GSX-R1000 Recalled for Side Stand Interlock Switch
Fri, 01 Jun 2012Suzuki is issuing a recall for 2009-2011 GSX-R1000 because of a potential failure of the side stand interlock switch. The interlock switch is what cuts off the ignition circuit on a motorcycle when the side stand is down and the transmission is in any gear except neutral. Its purpose is to prevent a motorcycle from moving with the stand deployed.
