2005 Suzuki Gsx-R 1000, I am selling my 2005 GSXR 1000 with four brothers exhaust, airbrushed paint job, frame sliders, pig spotters, additional fairing set, extra brake pads (front and rear), black metal GSXR grips, black powder coated pegs (including stock), black powder coated brake/ clutch (including stock which as still installed), black powder coated levers (including stock which are still installed), black tail and brake lights, seat cowl and seat, 26,XXX miles. Also included is helmet, jacket, and magnetic tank bag. MSRP is $5,900 stock It is my dream bike but family is more important. I would not sell otherwise it has never been down and is mint condition, garage kept its entire life. This bike has never been stunted or ragged out. Mon, 13 Oct 2014From a Suzuki press release: The 2015 Suzuki MotoGP GSX-RR was unveiled at today’s Motegi MotoGP race in Japan as 1993 World 500cc GP Champion Kevin Schwantz was joined by 1982 World Champion Franco Uncini for demonstration laps at the Twin Ring circuit. Schwantz, who joined the Suzuki MotoGP test team for its test at Austin in Texas, USA earlier this year, rode the GSX-RR while Uncini demonstrated the GSV-R that last competed in the 2011 MotoGP series. Kevin Schwantz: “I started very carefully as we didn’t start from pit-lane and without tyre warmers, but I soon felt the machine was being very stable and I was able to speed-up.
2011 AMA Pro National Guard Superbike Champion Josh Hayes
Tue, 06 Sep 2011Josh Hayes has won his second consecutive AMA Superbike title, clinching the championship in a tightly contested Race One at the 2011 season finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park. The lead changed hands several times before Hayes emerged with the win, his third of the season. The Monster Energy Graves Yamaha R1 rider was consistent all season, finishing with three wins and 12 podium finishes in 14 races, and finishing fourth in the two times he missed the podium.
2014 AMA Supercross – San Diego Results
Mon, 10 Feb 2014James Stewart captured his first AMA Supercross win of the season, leading all 20 laps before a crowd of 56,828 fans at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, Calif. The Yoshimura Suzuki rider becomes the fourth different winner of the season in the 450 class through six rounds. The news was less positive for last week’s winner Chad Reed.
