bike is in decent shape, sat in a garage for 30+ years, clear title from 1972 I got this a couple years ago, and as my project list has gotten a bit long, I dont see me getting around to this one anytime soon.it would be a really nice and valuable bike when finished. Fresh from the barn (literally) after sitting for 5 years.  - Project bike.  I cleaned the carbs and popped a fresh battery on it but have not attempted to start.

there is no title.  cheney frame for 500 cc triumph.  campaigned by a fellow named don chasmer here on the east coast of the US. .   ONLY ITEMS SHOWN ARE AVAILABLE.   THE FOOT PEGS AS WELL AS MOTOR MOUNT PLATES ARE WITH THE BIKE.  ARCES TRIPLE CLAMP.   PLATING HAS SUFFERED THRU THE YEARS BUT WOULD CLEAN-UP FOR A PERIOD MOUNT.   aluminum sidecovers,  fender & tank.  the tank has been repaired & painted in the past.      storage for a reasonable period is fine.

 This is an extremely rare vintage Eric Cheney frame Triumph 650 ISDT Desert Sled. Frame number TR1 26 Engine number DU34050 It's in fantastic condition, starts 1-2 kicks, very tight bike. Speedo shows 947 miles.  Has Works Performance shocks and many cool vintage bits such as frame mounted air tank with hose to reach front & rear wheels.  Metzeler tires have very little use.  Chrome rims very nice and straight.  This bike has been in a private collection for decades.  Was last ridden at the Dalton MA ISDT Reunion ride in 2003  If you are looking for a rare collectible that will be sure to hold it's value, this is it.  Very rare to find one for sale, especially a Cheney in this condition.

I am selling my 1970 matching numbers Triumph TR6R Chopper this bike has 4 years of collecting older rare parts to make this bike possible. The bike has about 5000 miles on the rebuild which was a complete down to the crank rebuild . Then put back together with not only rare parts on the outside but even more rare stuff on the inside . Joe Hunt magneto for the ign system new dual 1 3/4" pipes with mufflers The front forks have been tore completely down and rebuilt and painted .Good new tires on front and back, mini drum on front .I do have the original dual leading triumph wheel if buyer is interested in running that instead.
