About Guzzi's 750s:These bikes are known to be the lightest shaft-drive 750s, also featuring fuel injection. They are easy to maintain and get great gas mileage. The engine is specially designed to present the same kind of wide torquey power spread as Guzzi's legendary big bikes. And so they are enjoyed by some because they are so very easy to ride while others like them as commuters, sport tourers, or as a retro café racer sport bike.New this year:Steel gas tank holds an extra gallon, now at 5.5 US gallonsEngine updates add low-end torque and about 10% more horsepowerAluminum rims reduce unsprung and centrifugal weightRevised intake system reduces maintenance Specific to the V7 Stone:Guzzi uses the Stone name to evoke something rack-solid yet simple and not overly adorned. As such, paint is monotone (gloss white or non-gloss black), wheels are cast tubeless in flat black. And the price is lower than any other V7 ever (since the model line's introduction in 2008). Warranty: Factory two-year unlimited-mile warranty begins when purchased.Financing: 3.99% for 60 mons OAC through Sheffield Financial, adds $50 document fee to amount financed, expires November 30, 2013.Here's more on this bike and others we have available:http://www.motointernational.com/catalogLegal in:Canada and all 50 States (has California Compliance sticker)Can be seen at:Moto International7701 Aurora Ave. N.Seattle, WA 98103Hours: Tues. - Fri. nine - 6, Sat ten - 5

Piaggio Multimedia Platform iPhone Connectivity Announced for Piaggio X10 Maxi-Scooter

Thu, 05 Jul 2012

Piaggio announced a new iPhone connectivity system set to debut on its new X10 maxi-scooter. The Piaggio Multimedia Platform (PMP) will be available as a kit for the 125cc, 350cc and 500cc versions of the Piaggio X10, and eventually may be introduced to other models in the Piaggio Group (which would include the brands Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa.) Designed by Re:Lab, the PMP system  turns an iPhone into an onboard computer and secondary display. The kit mounts the iPhone over the Piaggio insignia on the center of the X10′s handlebar which, from the rider’s perspective, puts it just below the scooter’s standard instruments.
