Kawasaki H1 description

1971 Kawasaki H1 Mach III 500cc Two stroke triple cylinder.  This bike is 85% complete with bill of sale.  It'll make a great restoration project or radical 70's screamer.
Bike is better then pictured. ( I'm not a photographer, haha)
I bought this bike from the same guy as the titled 1972 H2 listed in another auction, I have a bill of sale in his name.
It was last plated in Washington state ( original Longview, WA bike ) .  Kicks over freely with good compression.
This bike has also been repainted and had some 70's era cosmetic mods, such as long fork tubes ( frame NOT cut! ), head light, seat/pan, tail cowl and handle bars.
I'm sure with a little elbow grease you'd get this guy fire up in no time. The guy I bought it from drove it into a barn and parked it after getting a DUII on it. ( I can't imagine being drunk on a triple! Don't try that at home guys, haha)

I'm selling off my triples because I just don't have the time to dedicate to them and I'd like to see them go to someone that'll get them back terrorizing the street, scaring dogs and killing plant life!

Please check out my other auctions for more Kawasaki triples. I have two H2 750 Mach IV for sale

Bike is located in Portland, Oregon and is being sold as is, where is, no warranty or return.
You can come get it and I'll help you load it up.  You can also use a shipping service.

* I will not create this bike up and drive it anywhere *

Thank you

Jeremy Toye Wins 92nd Running Of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Mon, 30 Jun 2014

On his first attempt at the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, road racer Jeremy Toye set a record in the premiere Open Class to win the category aboard a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R, celebrating the 30th year of the legendary Ninja brand. Prior to setting foot on the hill, Toye was confident he could get among the class leaders, aiming to beat the outright Pikes Peak motorcycle record, which was set by Carlin Dunne in 2012 with a time of 9:52.819. While that record remains intact, Toye was able to set a time of 9:58.687 to win the Open Class, finishing 6sec ahead of his closest rival, Fabrice Lambert aboard a Ducati.

A Dizzying Lap Of Imola + Video

Wed, 14 May 2014

Nilox, the action camera sponsor for World Superbike, makes it a point to film an on-board lap of each track on the calendar before each race weekend. A few weeks ago we brought you footage of Giuliano Rovelli lapping a Honda CBR1000RR SP around Assen. This week Rovelli is back, this time aboard a Kawasaki ZX-10R, giving us a rapid tour of Imola, the track made famous by the tragic passing of Formula 1 legend Ayrton Senna 20 years ago, and also by the legendary battle between Troy Bayliss and Colin Edwards in 2002 which decided the championship.
