For sale is my 2000 KTM 250 2-stroke on/off road. Second owner, I've had this since 2008 to relive my delinquent youth and terrify the neighbors with their Harley's and golf carts. As it turned out, I hardly road it at all, always something else needing to be done. I'm in my 60's now and retired and in the process of downsizing so it's time to get rid of some of the toys. The bike does have a couple issues that I'm aware of, those being leaking forks and a front master cylinder that needs rebuilding. 'Got all sorts of new plastic including a 4.5 gallon tank and a complete new wheel set, thinking I was going to license it for the street. Also have a new expansion chamber and hydraulic lift stand I'll throw in with the deal. serious bidders please. Bajaj Auto Owns 25% of KTM

They originally purchased a 14.5 percent stake in KTM last year, which was increased to 20.9 percent earlier this year and has now officially reached 25 percent. The companies have been working together to develop high-efficiency bikes, sourcing for production and the assembling of KTM bikes in India for export to Europe under KTM branding.
KTM Moto3 Valencia Test
Fri, 03 Feb 2012While MotoGP factory and satellite teams held their first pre-season tests this week in Malaysia, KTM held its own test for nine riders in the new Moto3 class earlier in the week in Spain. While the premiere class’ new 1000cc engine displacement limit and Claiming Rule Team entries draw the most attention, we can’t forget MotoGP isn’t the only class in the World Championship seeing changes for 2012. The new Moto3 class also debuts this season, replacing the old 125GP class.
