This auction is for a 1928 Indian Short Frame Scout, rolling project. History unknown, but these were the bikes preferred by the Wall of Death, Motordrome riders because of their short frame and dependable 37 inch engines. I only have what is pictured, no motor, transmission or sheet metal.

This Indian Scout was restored 30 years ago and then put on display in an auto museum for much of that time. It was recently taken out from the museum and given a service and started. The bike runs, has plenty of compression and sounds great.

This Scout was a police special as evidenced by the shifter and accelerator on the opposite sides form stock bikes, but was restored with standard livery many years back. Kept in climate controlled storage this Scout needs recommissioned mechanically-new battery, tires, fuel system work- but as you can see is in excellent condition cosmetically.

Selling a 1941 741 / 640 scout with everything pictured in NOS or rebuilt condition.  TROG RACER! The motorcycle began a restoration in the late 80s which included sourcing a NOS motor, relacing the wheels with buchan, new firestone tires, and fixing/repairing what is 95% original indian parts minus the random nut and bolt. I have a diary and stacks of receipts from the build from he previous owner.

This Motorcycle was found in an elderly collectors garage in Wyoming next to a 1951 Harley Hydra Glide. Both bikes were rode in and parked in the late 80’s. We believe this 1941 Indian Scout to be mostly original with one previous paint job.

Up for sale is my 2002 Indian scout very nice bike runs great has forward controls and shaved blinkers with 16 inch apes very clean bike and really runs and sounds great I have both a solo seat and a passenger seat for the bike. has new short shot exhaust and chrome covers. Carb has a fresh rebuild kit in it and just had to put a new coil on it and that's been the only issue I've ever had to do to it.

This great bike is equipped with a $1200.00 one of a kind Extreme Wheels Indian Chief front wheel, another $1200.00 custom RJ Hardbags locking saddle bags, windshield bag, and passenger backrest with sissy bar. As you may know RJ Hardbags was one of the original vendors for Indian Motorcycle before they outsourced saddlebags to Mexico, and they agreed to make a special set of vinyl covered locking hardbags for me.

We are selling my wife's 2015 Indian Scout. She is moving up to the Vintage so this one must go.  This bike is the original red that isn't available anymore except on the top of the line Scout ABS.

This 2015 Indian Scout has been customized to resemble the Indian Scout from World War II owned by Indian Motorcycle of Springfield, located in Westfield, MA. The fenders were cut slightly, the bike custom painted military green with a polished finish, a Thompson M1 A1 military machine gun scabbard was constructed, mounted on the front wheel assembly & filled with a Thompson replica to go along with the bike. A tool box was constructed & mounted on the left mid bike area, a tractor seat was manufactured along with military leather saddle bags, rear fender leather cover & leather windshield shroud.
