Honda Valkyrie description

This auction is for a used 2000 Honda Valkyrie in very good condition with very low mileage. Adult owned and never been dropped. A few minor scratches from normal wear but you can hardly see. The black paint is very shiny and all the chrome is bright with no tarnish. The engine is all stock and has been maintained and runs flawlessly. It has the Valkyrie leather bags and a windshield and chrome fender trim front and rear. Garage kept. AMA Supercross: 2012 Los Angeles Results

Chad Reed won his first race of the 2012 AMA Supercross season in Los Angeles but the victory was overshadowed by a first-lap collision that left Trey Canard and Ryan Morais with broken backs. Racing for Team Honda Muscle Milk, Canard was injured on the first lap after catching a piece of some signage. That forced him to single a triple jump, putting him in the path of Star Valli Yamaha rider Ryan Morais who landed on Canard from behind.

Marc Marquez is an incredibly talented motorcycle racer, both on asphalt and in the dirt. His skills on the blacktop are well known by now, but his speed in the dirt opened some eyes as he demonstrated during the Superprestigio, an invitational dirt track event revived by Marquez to have a little fun in the off season and showcase the skills of some of the top riders in the world. Marquez handily won the Superprestigio class for grand prix racers, while the Open class, comprised of non GP riders, was won by that class’ most notable entry: American Brad Baker, the reigning AMA Grand National Champion.
