1975 Honda XL100 Candy Ruby Red with only 350 miles AMAZING condition!! (1975)
This is a 1975 Honda XL100 with only 345 miles on it! It's in pristine condition, the only thing we have done to clean this up is wash it. We did not wax, buff, paint, or put on any vinyl conditioner...this bike will shine when this is done. We did this to show you what amazing condition it is in before any detailing. There are only a couple of MINOR scratches which I taken pictures of, there are no rips or tears in the vinyl or rubber except a small crack in the throttle cable. We found this bike at a garage sale, brought it home and cleaned out the gas tank, changed the oil, put oil in the cylinder and let it sit then the next morning cranked it a few times to lubricate the cylinder walls. We bought a new carburetor as the old one was too clogged. Changed the oil and it fired up after a couple of cranks and runs great! The tires are even the original tires, with no weather checking or wear, this bike is just amazing! I bought it for my son (14) but we decided to sell it as it is just too nice to ride as he wants to ride. You will NOT be disappointed with this motorcycle, it looks and runs like it just came off the showroom floor. Now if it’s a Honda sport tourer you crave, it’s the Gold Wing or, well, that’s about it. Anyway, the big 1261cc V-four ST1300 was quite the long-distance mile muncher 20 years ago.
