  • 1986 Honda CB450SC Nighthawk Motorcycle Runs and Looks great1986 Honda CB450SC Nighthawk Motorcycle Runs and Looks great (1986)
I have had this bike for 13 years and just don't ride it enough.  I got it for friends to ride when they come up, but that has rarely happened.  The tank, sides, tail and fender have all ben professionally repainted and also have some light scratches but no dents whatsoever.  The seat has been professionally reupholstered be sargent seat co.  The seat has NO blemishes and looks better than factory new. The tires have over 3/4 tread and the chain is in good shape.  The brakes all work perfectly.  The clutch works great.  It shifts without a problem with no skipping or weirdness.  The front shocks have been rebuilt within 7 years or so and do not leak.  The rear shocks seem just fine and don't leak.  the horn works.  the turn signals work.  The headlight works and dims just fine.  The cover for the bright/dim switch is missing but still works fine.  The rims are not bent at all.  The bike has side and center stand which works fine.  This is a 1986 motorcycle and the frame is dirty along with the rims.  There are signs of wear here and there.  e bay charges 60. bucks for the auction and I'm starting it at 760.00 so I can get at least 700 for here.  she IS worth at least that.  She looks really nice.  I hope she finds a good new home.  In her early life she was a commuter bike in Illinois taking someone to work everyday.  That is where she got her miles from.

  • 1982 Honda Night Hawk 4501982 Honda Night Hawk 450 (1982)
Hi there we have a really nice 1982 Honda Night Hawk 450 SC in Yellow, this bike was ridden in several Parades back in its younger days, I really have no reason to sell her but I am wanting to pass on a great piece of history to someone that will enjoy her as much as I have. The miles of 5471 are 100% original here recently I installed a new battery, back tire and put some new paint on her. It runs really good for a 1982 bike!!!

  • 1983 Honda CB450SC Nighthawk1983 Honda CB450SC Nighthawk (1983)
1983 Honda CB450SC Nighthawk 2,977 Miles   447cc Parallel twin-cylinder engine 6-Speed manual transmission 57.1 inch wheel base 30.9 inch seat height 392.5 lb weight (no fuel) 3.2 gallon fuel capacity (.5 gallon reserve)   If you’re looking for an inexpensive, low mileage beginner or commuter bike this one is for you!  From what I know and can tell this bike is 100% original.  According to the previous owner, I am the fourth person to own the bike.    I bought this bike a few weeks ago because I really like the way it looks and because of its overall condition and performance.  The only reason I’m considering selling it is because I’ve put a total of 58 miles on it since buying it and I’ve come to the realization that I probably am not going to have enough time to ride both of my bikes.  If the bike sells for my asking price great, if not I’ll keep it and go through the maintenance this winter.  I have a clear title in hand.   I’ve added gas and installed a new inline fuel filter, that’s it.  The previous owner told me he installed a new battery and the battery does look to be brand new.  That’s really all the history I can provide, I have no maintenance records on the bike.  However, based on the motorcycles performance and looks I think it has been well maintained.  I don’t want to mislead anyone, this is a 30 year old motorcycle and I am sure that there are maintenance items that should be reviewed and completed.  I have both the Clymer and Honda field service manuals in pdf format that I can provide the new owner.  The bike is being sold as-is.    Here’s what I can tell you: The bike has started and ran every time I’ve jumped on it.  The clutch shifts smoothly. The acceleration is responsive.

Showdown: 2021 Honda CRF300L Vs 2021 Kawasaki KLX300

Fri, 04 Mar 2022

Entry-level, exit-level, and all points in between Credit: Photos by Evans Brasfield; Video by: Sean Matic | Videos by Sean Matic Honda’s first CL72 250 Scrambler was lashed to the bumper of many a Conestoga wagon as it made its way westward, and I’m pretty sure it was a Kawasaki KLX300 that I wheelied over backwards, circa 1997, that really dampened my enthusiasm for stunting. At least Honda’s had the decency to change its nomenclature over the years to give the impression of evolution. Kawasaki is standing pat with the 292 cc Single that’s powered its KLX since 1996, along with its KLX nomenclature.

Church of MO: 1997 Honda Magna 750

Sun, 27 Feb 2022

Once upon a time, Honda’s mighty V-fours ruled the road. Now, they don’t even make one anymore. In the case of the last Magna 750, that’s maybe not such a bad thing.

Church of MO: 2011 Honda CB1000R Review

Sun, 19 Dec 2021

This sweet Honda lost out to the Triumph Speed Triple ten years ago, mostly for a deficit of horsepower. But now that all ten-year old motorcycles are archaic compared to the current crop, we like it even better than we did then. The Honda CBR1000R was light-handling, easy-riding and even nice to look at.

New Honda Hornet Concept Revealed at EICMA

Fri, 26 Nov 2021

The 2021 EICMA show was a lot more subdued than previous iterations, without very many big surprises. Most of the bikes that were shown were expected to some degree, and many were evolutionary updates to motorcycles that have been around for a few years. But there was one reveal that seemed to come out of nowhere, and left us with more questions than answers: the Honda Hornet concept.

2022 Honda ADV350 First Look (from Afar)

Tue, 23 Nov 2021

We saw a bunch of Honda X-ADV scooters on our pass through Rome a few weeks ago, and felt jealousy. When American Honda invited us to ride a new minimoto last week, we hoped against hope… alas, it was the Navi. For the new year, we can be even more covetous, as Honda Europe now has an ADV350 that’s bigger, badder, and cooler.

2022 Honda Navi Review – First Ride

Mon, 22 Nov 2021

From India with love, via Mexico Credit: Photos by Drew Ruiz Jeez, people, have we really gotten this crusty? After I posted a pic of the new Honda Navi on my Facebook a couple days ago (cause that’s how crusty I am) at its SoCal coming-out party, my old pals pounced. “A face, body, and everything only a mother could love”, “another Honda styled by tupperware.” “Ugly.

2022 Honda Navi First Look

Tue, 16 Nov 2021

What this country needs is a good $1,807 Honda We’ve all been there. You want a new motorcycle, but you’re scared a Grom might be a little too much for you to handle. A man’s got to know his limitations, as Clint Eastwood famously said (but he also meant woman, child, and all other people however they identify).
