Up for sale is my 1972 Honda CT70. The bike does show its age but runs through all three gears and pulls me at 30 mph even though I weigh 250 lbs. Front fender does have a ding, and the handle bars are a bit tweaked. Everything works on the bikes but I broke the high/low beam switch when I was flipping between both beams. I've listed the bike with a clear title but no title exists. I will provide a bill of sale. This would make a great restoration project but I've got too many in the hopper. Helmet Law Upheld in Ontario
Tue, 16 Jun 2009A Sikh in Ontario, Canada, has lost his challenge to the $110 ticket he received back in September 2005 for not wearing a helmet while riding his Honda Shadow. Baljinder Badesha, 39, claims the Ontario helmet law is “100 per cent” discrimination no matter what the safety issues are when riding without a helmet. We cannot put anything over the turban, it is against our religion. Mr. Badesha said outside court.
Rossi and Hayden Find Improvement but Disappointed with Results
Thu, 01 Mar 2012The good news for Valentino Rossi is he managed to narrow the gap in lap times between his Ducati Desmosedici and Casey Stoner‘s Honda RC213V. The bad news is other riders improved more than he did. Rossi completed 57 laps and set a time of 2:01.550 on the third and final day of the second MotoGP test at Malaysia’s Sepang circuit.
Repsol Riders Racing Electric Minimotos – Video
Wed, 17 Oct 2012Spanish oil company and noted motorcycle racing sponsor Repsol recently gathered its cadre of riders from MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 and the Spanish CEV championship for a special race – on electric minimotos. Honda MotoGP riders Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa were joined by Moto2 racer Marc Marquez, his brother Alex Marquez and his fellow Moto3 racers Miguel Oliveira and Alex Rins and CEV racer Maria Herrera in the minimoto race. Hijinks ensued as racers grappled for position in the low-speed race.
