                                                                                     1965 Honda 305 Scrambler CL77

You are bidding on my 1965 Honda CL77 305 Scrambler.  This is a beautiful example of one of the most iconic Honda's ever produced.  Low ORIGINAL MILES!!!  The bike starts on the first kick every time and runs perfect!!.  It idles just like it should and everything has been maintained, including a fresh oil change, and a complete tune up, including plugs, points, valves adjusted and the bike has its' stock paper air filters which are in excellent condition.  The silver paint was restored to Honda spec and it is the perfect and correct color match as you can see. Everything works, lights, speedo, tach, brakes, everything is functional and operational as it should be.  I have the CLEAR TITLE which matches the VIN on the bike.  I worked at a Honda shop back in the 60's and we sold these chrome packages with many of the Honda's we sold.    Very beautiful and shiny chrome on this bike.  The bike is un-molested.  It still has its' original muffler which as you know is hard to find.  I am currently riding this bike and have won 1st place in the last 2 weeks at 2 local bike shows in vintage stock classes with the bike.  I am hard pressed to sell this bike, however, I must.  I just bought 2 1979 CBX's in mint condition and need to replentish the funds.  You will not be disappointed in this fine 305 Scrambler, and in my opinion, it is one of the nicest you will find.    Bid with confidence and bid strong and early.  My Reserve is very reasonable for what this bike is. PLEASE READ MY PAYMENT TERMS BELOW BEFORE YOU BID.  THANKS!!!

This bike is located in Onsted, Michigan 49265 which is 62 miles southwest of Detroit and 45 minutes northwest of Toledo, Ohio.  I do not ship vehicles,  and I am not a dealer or a mechanic.  The buyer is responsible to arrange and pay for their own shipping or pick the vehicle up.  I will store the vehicle for up to 30 days.  Please try to get it picked up by then, otherwise, storage fees of $10 per day will be added to what you owe. Thanks.

PAYMENT:  Please, PAY PAL ONLY.   I send you an Invoice as soon as the auction ends and you pay the Invoice then please.  You will need to give me your email address as soon as you buy the bike ok?  These are my terms.  Thank you.

Hot Lap Around Spa-Francorchamps With Xavier Simeon

Fri, 20 Jan 2012

If you’re a fan of motorsport on both two and four wheels like me, then you should be familiar with the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. Here, Belgian native Xavier Simeon, the 2009 FIM Superstock 1000 champion and current Moto2 competitor, does a couple flying laps around his home track aboard a Honda CBR600RR at what appears to be a trackday. The speed he carries and the smoothness of his riding are simply extraordinary.

Church of MO: 1997 Honda Valkyrie

Sun, 06 Mar 2022

In 1997, Bill Clinton started his second term, nobody was sure if the Titanic had sunk or not as the Leonardo di Caprio film had just debuted – along with the Toyota Prius in Japan. Love was in the air, the median California home price was $186k, and what the hell was Motorcycle Online? What could possibly go wrong?

NZ Superbike Series Points Leader Is A Grandfather Of Three!

Tue, 14 Jan 2014

Dennis Charlett is stamping his authority on the New Zealand Superbike championship. The 45 year-old father of five and grandfather of three (no, those aren’t typos) won the first three races of the season during the series opener in Christchurch, placing him firmly at the top of the points standings heading into round two at Levels Raceway, near Timaru. The championship favorite certainly got the wake-up call as Taupo’s Suzuki rider Scott Moir raced to a convincing win in Saturday’s Superbike race, while Charlett was forced to settle for fourth place.
