Honda CBR description

Black 2011 Honda CBR1000RR

I'm currently stationed in Meridian MS, and will assist with shipping at buyer's expense.

I bought this delightful bike from an owner who only rode it to and from work, so it barely had any miles. I did a family road trip from Chicago to Florida and back, which was more comfortable then expected since the riding position is nice for  a sport bike. I also did 3-4 track days. It was a blast to find the limits of the bike. Very stable in corners and goes where you want almost telepathically. It will wheelie in second and lift the front in third if your are into that. I'm getting older, life changes, and my safety has become more of a priority, so I'm looking to find this bike a fun filled home.

Add on's are listed below:
Full Yoshimira Exhaust With Carbon Fiber Slip on
Dynojet Power Commander 5 Fuel Injection Module
Dyno Tuned
Woodcraft Riser Clip-ons
Renthal Grips
New Tires with 1 track day of use
TechSpec Tank Grips
Spiegler Steel braided front brake lines
Rear swing arm dowel pins

I also have a set of race fairings and woodcraft rear sets, if you'd like those send me a message.
Their is some oxidation on the windscreen, as well as a small nick on the left and right middle fairing from transportation. Other then that the bike looks new and runs flawlessly. The dyno tune gives it a sweet burble at idle, with zero popping under deceleration. The tune makes the throttle response smooth as silk, with a crisp transition from off to on, making transitions from corner entry to corner exit gentle and manageable. First gear tops out at 98mph, and its off to the races from there. message with any questions you have or feel free to call or text me at 224-489-4005

A peppy mid-sized scrambler with plenty of range and iconic style, that is sure to attract new and seasoned riders alike Photographer Drew Ruiz Just when you thought Honda couldn’t possibly add something new and different to its middle-range moto lineup, it surprises us with a reiteration of a previous cult classic, the CL350, best known for paving the way for the Baja 1000 back in the 70’s. This modern version of the peppy lightweight scrambler has all the goodies of Honda’s current offerings, with all the style of the paired down desert racers of the past. 2023 Honda SCL500 The SCL500 is a mid-sized scrambler-style bike that is light, approachable with plenty of get up and go on the highways or in the canyons.

Misano Moto GP. Was it Divine Intervention?

Thu, 20 Sep 2012

I’m still buzzing from an amazing weekend of Moto GP in Misano. It took until Saturday lunchtime for the sun to get his hat on but from there on in the atmosphere at both the circuit and the nearby beachfront was first class. As usual on race day we had epic Moto 3 and Moto 2 races with respective champions elect Cortese and Marquez once again taking victories by just fractions of a second.
