    Up for sale is a 1976 CB750 super sport.  I bought this from the original owner.  The last time he had it registered was in 1984.  I am a mechanic and have gone through the bike, cleaned the carbs, cleaned out the tank, rebuilt the brakes and cleaned up the bike.  It is fully functional with one exception, the neutral light stays on through all the gears.  It runs and drives very strong, the wiring has never been hacked apart, the vetter fairing has all the correct pigtails and the wiring has not been molested.  There is a very small tear in the seat.  You will not be disappointed with this bike.  I have a clear title in my name.  It has just over 19,500 miles on it. it is for sale locally and I will end early if it sells local

    1972 CB350 K4   Here is a very nice 1972 CB350 K4 Twin in Honda’s “Light Ruby Red” color.  This motorcycle has been treated to a thorough detailing, and looks outstanding.  There are lower mileage CB350s out there, but few are as clean as this one.  It is also very hard to find red CB350s that don’t have badly sun faded paint.  The paint on this bike still is bright red.  Even the red zone on the tachometer is still a deep shade of red.  The side cover looks faded on top in the second photo.  It isn't.  My camera overloaded on the red in the sunshine. Mechanically, this CB350 runs great.  It starts easily and settles into an even idle.  It pulls well through the gears and stops smoothly.  Headlight, taillight, brake light, turn signals, instrument lights, high beam indicator light and horn all work properly.  New front and rear tires (and tubes) with a classic tread pattern have been installed.  A new seat cover and strap in the correct Honda pattern was also installed.  It will remain soft and flexible for many years to come. The gas tank is dent-free, but does have a few minor scratches.  The side covers are free of cracks, but the left side cover has a noticeable scratch, about an inch long.  The inside of the gas tank is very clean.  The original petcock would not flow gas on the reserve position, so a new Honda petcock was installed.  The carbs have been cleaned and rebuilt, and the fuel lines have been replaced with new ones.

     Up for sale is my 2002 Honda 919, that I have owned since new.  Originally purchased in New Hampshire while attending Laconia 2002 (when my old Madura broke down), it has 6582 miles.  Most of those miles were put on it within the first couple of years, as I have no time to ride anymore.  I hate to see it go, but it is time.  3 years ago it dropped over in a parking lot at work and caused the scratches you see on the gauge pod and the side cover.  It comes with a comfy Corbin seat (original seat is included as well).  It has been garage kept all of its life.  Tires are almost new, and the fronts still have nubs on them. If you have any questions please ask. I would rather that you pick this up in person.  If you make all of the arrangements for shipping we can go that route if necessary.

MOTOGROTTO...THE VINTAGE AND CAFE MOTORCYCLE SHOP.SPECIALIZING IN PEACE OF MIND AND PURE MOTORCYCLING SATISFACTION EASTON PA 18040.610-749-0747 1975 HONDA CB750 in Flake Apricot Red 7270 miles Original Survivor.A friend of mine recently acquired this machine from the original owner a few years ago.It includes copies of the original invoice for the bike which sold for $2180+109.43 sales tax at Montgomery cycle in 1975.The bike has had the carbs serviced and starts right up idles nicely and runs very well.The tires maybe original and must be replaced as they have flat spots on them from sitting with low pressure for some time in the same spot.They hold air enough to roll the bike onto a shipper however.There is some patina on the bike's brightwork but there are few if any dings.There is a small ding in the tank on the left side too small to photograph.The front brake caliper leaks and needs a new seal.I may not get to this by the time the auction ends so you may have to.The seal is $16.The brake light is stuck on probably the brake light sensor.There are no cracks in the plastic sidecovers.The bike has the ignition switch relocation kit mounted on the handlebar so you don't grab a handful of hot header pipe where it was mounted close to from the factory.The exhaust is in nice shape and has the factory stamping.This bike is very much original and a great vintage ride with plenty of power and a brand new battery.YouTube video coming soon.There is no rust inside the gas tank.It is cherry.The headlight and turn signals work as well as the speedometer odometer and tachometer.The neutral light in the dash does not work,a bulb perhaps.Kick starter works.The photos and the video tell the story.

    ***1971 Honda CB450*** This bike was torn down to the bare frame and given a complete cosmetic make-over including powder-coating the frame and fenders, battery box, air-box, seat pan, tail light bracket, triple tree, and all other miscellaneous parts that were removed from the bike.  All body work was color-matched as close to the Candy Glory Red as possible and received three coats of paint and six coats of Candy Clear.  The stripe is painted and clear coated as well, not a sticker!  All work was completed by Resurrections by Ray here in Mercer, Pa.   The tires are BRAND NEW and have less than 10 miles on them.  Starter was rebuilt as well.  It will need some minor adjustments to the valves as they tick a little when the bike warms up.  The bike runs great, goes through all the gears with no issue, all the electronics work as they should, and there are no wobbles, shimmies, or shakes. The fork boots and seat cover are new and I will include the strap and buckles for the seat with the bike.  I have thousands of dollars invested in this restoration.  If you are looking for a bike to professionally Café, this would make a great candidate-JUST LOOK AT IT!

Historically: Up for auction is this 1972 Honda CB750-Four .  A little history lesson on the model.  If you are bidding, YOU ALREADY KNOW.  The incomparable Honda CB750-Four, introduced in 1969, is considered by most in the cycle world as the bike that changed the world culture of motorcycling.  I remember being a kid and seeing these bikes on the road and they were some of the most beautiful bikes I have ever seen even to this date.   Loud and mean, smooth as silk, and fast enough to outrun the headlights, these old motorcycles took the world by storm and werent even challenged until 1973.  Cosmetically:  All of the chrome is good t if you want a show bike, you may want to consider rechroming them.  I love them as they are because they are original onlly once.

By John Burns 1990 Honda ST1100 begat 2003 Honda ST1300, which begat 2014 Honda CTX1300 which at some point in the last few years seems to have gone, mercifully, the way of all flesh. Now if its a Honda sport tourer you crave, its the Gold Wing or, well, thats about it. Anyway, the big 1261cc V-four ST1300 was quite the long-distance mile muncher 20 years ago.
