1985 Honda CB-125, 100 MPG, Red, Good Condition (1985)
I am selling my 1985 Honda CB-125, It only has 4,493 actual miles on it, It is in really good shape for an old bike, It is all stock except I removed the long ugly turn signals and put on some really nice short small ones, I Have always used Mobil one full synthetic oil in it, There are no oil leaks and it does not burn oil or smoke, The rear tire is good but the front tire is getting pretty well worn out, The bike is very dependable, All the lights work, The speedometer and odometer both work good, The brakes work good, The clutch works good, The motor starts & runs good, The transmission (5-speed) shifts great and does not have any problems, There is no rust out in the muffler, It is very solid and very quiet but there are a few small dents but has good chrome, The wheels are very nice with no rust, The paint on the bike is good, But there are scratches and dents on the gas tank, Also the front & rear fenders have some scratches in the paint also, The bike will run 65 MPH but that is all she has, Honda advertized this bike to get 100 MPG when new, I believe it, I hardly ever have to put gas in it, Also this bike has never been left outside since I have had it, I love this bike and hate to get rid of it, But I just got a Harley Trike and need the extra room to park it, I live in Winchester, Illinois, 62694, You are welcome to come and look at it and ride it before bidding if you would like to. Up for auction is 1983 Honda CB1100F....This a true garage find...It came from an owner who purchased it in 1984 & parked it 2-3 yrs ago I was told...Shows 29k miles on it...& is NON-Running...Details are as follows.. The bike was restored in 1994 when the oem bodywork was still available from Honda. It was all replaced, all the aluminum was removed and polished, the top end was redone with the big bore kit, and then it was parked inside climate controlled till now. 1982 Honda CB900F Supersport Clean, modified supersport, FCR's, CBR wheels etc. etc. I have owned this bike since 2005. In 2008 I tore it completely down to the bare frame. The frame was media blasted and powder coated, along with a number of the bolt-on items; rear set backing plates, taillight mount etc. While the bike had always run well, I gave the engine a quick overhaul while it was out of the frame. The engine received a valve lap, new timing chain tensioners and a complete OEM gasket set including new head and base gaskets and new valve stem seals. A set of CB1100F cams were fitted during reassembly as the 1100F cams have a slightly hotter profile than the 900F units. A larger aftermarket oil coiler and braided oil cooler lines were also fitted. Tue, 13 Sep 2022Carbon neutrality by 2040 Honda announced plans for a carbon neutral future and a goal of introducing 10 or more electric motorcycles by 2025 including three mid-range models and a youth model for North America. Until now, Honda has been very tentative when it comes to electrification, with its main focus being on developing swappable battery packs for electric two-wheelers. Its Japanese counterparts Yamaha and Kawasaki have outlined their own plans, while in North America, Harley-Davidson is days away from finalizing its LiveWire spin-off.
2023 Honda Hornet Engine Details Confirmed

The new Hornet will be powered by a 755cc Parallel-Twin 8-valve Unicam engine with a 270° crank. Honda claims an output of 90.5 hp at 9500 rpm, 55.3 lb-ft.

Honda Trademarks Hint at New Scrambler and Dual Sport 500 Models

The name was originally used in Europe in 1969 for Honda’s ST-series in 50 and 70cc models, and last produced from 1995 to 2003 in Japan. The name comes from “Dachshund”, as its distinctive T-shaped frame resembles the weiner dog breed, helping it stand out from Honda’s other minibikes like the Monkey and Cub.
