Honda CB description

Dropped the price!! Also no reserve!! Good Luck!!

Gentlemen, This is an extremely rare find for a bike in this good of condition. Only 10k miles on it, and it runs like new. Everything works, and I have installed a new battery, tires, and head gasket.

This is a dream bike for any Honda rider.

As you know, speedometers go out on these bikes (40 years old) frequently. The previous owner replaced the non-working speedo with a used one that says 47k. Please understand this bike DOES NOT have 47k on it. I have letters from the previous owner stating he only put 10k on the bike. I, myself, have only put about 100 miles since owning it. I wanted to keep the miles as low as possible.

The following is a very nice letter from my mechanic who specializes in these old Honda's.

My Mechanic -

Hello,
In regards to the 1976 Honda CB750K6 belonging to Robert, I worked on his bike (head gasket) in March of 2016, and was totally impressed with how remarkable this bike is.

In show quality shape from top to bottom, it didn't look like it had ever been kept in the sunlight more than a few days in it's whole life, and after owning a new 1974 CB750 myself that never was ridden in the rain for 9000 miles, I can attest to the fact that this 750 has never been ridden in the rain either. No road grime burnt on the pipes at all. the cleanliness under the side covers and in places only mechanics would see is like fresh out of the crate. I was seriously impressed with it from top to bottom, not only in it's like new power, but also all the paint and small details of the entire bike.

Some of the best things happen in Holland - if you know where to look. For such a small country their can-do attitude has allowed them to conquer a great part of the developing World and most of the developed World with their prudent and er, careful attitude towards money. It's no coincidence that some of the most successful banking conglomerates are Dutch.  And then we have people doing this - just because they can - in their sheds.

VFR800F Coming to US as 2014 Honda Interceptor

Tue, 04 Feb 2014

We’ll admit, we weren’t confident Honda would import the VFR800F to these shores when it was first announced at last fall’s EICMA show in Milan. As such, we are pleased to report American Honda is bringing back the V-4 sport-tourer to the U.S. market as the Honda Interceptor.

R&G announce cheaper engine case cover kits

Tue, 06 Sep 2011

R&G Racing has reacted to the rising cost of official motorcycle parts from manufacturers by creating money saving packages on its Engine Case Covers. As a reaction to the parts price rise, the crash protection leader has created a kit package on its Engine Case Covers (ECC) – offering an overall saving of more than 10% when compared to buying the items individually. The ECCs are designed to protect the engine cases and the inner workings of the motor in the event of a drop by acting as a sturdy ‘second skin’.By simply bolting over the original items, fitting the durable Engine Case Covers doesn’t require draining any engine fluids or replacing gaskets. Extensively developed in the ACU R&G Racing Suzuki GSX-R600 Trophy, as well as being tested and approved by the California Superbike School in the UK and USA, the covers can allow a bike to be ridden after a crash or prevent terminal engine damage from oil leaks or casing punctures.Protection benefits aside, financial savings for riders are evident by looking at official parts prices; to replace only the clutch cover on a Suzuki GSX-R1000K7 would cost £206 including a new gasket, but all three R&G Engine Case Covers for this bike cost only £143.
