Harley-Davidson Softail description

2007 Harley-Davidson FXSTSSE Screamin' Eagle Softail Springer

This is a one owner motorcycle that has been meticulously cared for and maintained.   The 110' Motor in this bike absolutely screams!  The Springer has never been down or hurt in anyway.  The front tire is at least 75% and the rear is about 40% with several thousand miles left on it.  It was just serviced at Down Home Harley Davidson in Burlington NC, 100 miles ago.  There is absolutely no issues with this bike and it is ready to ride!  The bike has no engine modifications and is stock except for the following:

  • Vance and Hines Exhaust
  • Harley Davidson Quick Release Windshield
  • Harley Davidson Quick Release Passenger Backrest
As you know Harley does not make the Springer Softail anymore and these bikes are hard to find and very desirable.

Clear North Carolina title on hand.

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season

Wed, 04 Dec 2013

More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.

New Delhi Auto Expo 2012 – Motorcycle Manufacturers Draw Battle Lines for World’s Second Largest Market

Mon, 09 Jan 2012

In past years, the biennial Auto Expo in India slipped under the radar while the industry was focused more on shows such as EICMA in Italy and Intermot in Germany. But with India’s middle class starting to flex its financial muscle while other markets continue to struggle, the New Delhi show is becoming much more prominent, with major OEMs positioning themselves to claim a piece of the India’s 13 million vehicles-a-year market. We’ve already looked at India-produced Royal Enfield’s new Thunderbird 500 and Hero Moto’s hybrid scooter concept which debuted at the Auto Expo, and today we’ll look at what the major international OEMs presented.
