Harley-Davidson FLH description

70 74

Rides as good as it looks, enough styling to make it original- no trailer queen.

Stock FLH frame with numbers, never been cut, all tabs left intact, powder coated. 1970 motor has been completely rebuilt with S and S E carb, Only 3 miles on new build motor. Stock stroke. All numbers match frame, motor and transmission. Front end has been upgraded to 2000 Road King- all new. GMA rear brakes, HD front brakes with ceramic disc. PM forward controls. O-Ring chain drive with 1 1/2" primary belt, new clutch pack. Custom exhaust- sounds very good. Zombie performance Tit-ti bars that I had copper plated. Hand fabricated narrow split tanks and custom seat with hand fabricated rear fender. Tanks and seat section were gun-blued, topped with orange candy color and covered with five coats of two-part clear coat for a super deep look.

Bike runs, sounds, rides like a dream. All fabricated, machined in my shop by myself and crew.

For the guys over at Cycle Canada, the Forty-Eight conjured up a rather odd image: roller derby.

Thu, 24 Oct 2013

Perhaps the biggest name is aftermarket clutches, Rekluse Motorsports featured two new Harley-Davidson clutch systems at the American International Motorcycle Expo.
