1971 BMW R-Series (1971)
Really nice BMW R60/5 I bought a few years ago hoping to get into the hobby but I truly do not have the time. Great bike starts up every time with ease, about a year ago I put a lithium battery in it and brand new Michelin tires on it they probably don't have 25 miles on them you can still see the nubs, and it was just serviced at the beginning of 2024. The paint on the tank and fenders is in great shape and the paint on the frame is in fairly good shape with small imperfections, the saddle bag carriers do show wear but they are easily removed or could be painted on their own, the top of the brake light housing has a little bit of paint missing from a sticker that was pulled off but its just plastic and could be removed or painted.2024-06-23 13:47:47Clarkesville, Georgia, United States06,000.00

1967 BMW R60 - RECENTLY RESTORED AND MATCHING NUMBERS (1967)
I am offering up a beautiful 1967 BMW R60 that I had restored by Sonoma Classic Restorations. They do quality work and it was a long time coming. The options I requested for the bike are as follows; luggage rack, Corbin seat (I just like the look of the Corbin, it sits better in the bike and wanted something different than all the others with the Denfield seats), Bumm mirrors, tire pump, wide tires, headlight guards, Hoske tank and risers, and handle bar signals. I loved the Dover White so that was chosen as the color as you can see from the pictures. There is a small crack in the taillight paint as you can see in the pictures and a place on the fender where the paint twisted due to the bolt tightening. As far as the motor, it was completely rebuilt and you can see from his website as far as what he does to go through them. I have ridden it a few miles since I got it as the odometer has shown while Sonoma Classics was testing it (still has less than 100 miles on it).2013-10-01 15:48:20Worcester, Massachusetts, US7210,000.00

1966 BMW R-Series (1966)
1966 R69S BMW Stunning condition museum quality R69S BMW . Triple numbers matching. Excellent restoration quality and in top condition today. Beautiful bright chrome, newer tires, professionally polished aluminum. Great running and ready to go anywhere. The cosmetics are amazing as everything is exceptionally detailed. Great paint and pin stripping. The engine runs like new and has excellent compression. I believe the drive train is rebuilt but I don't have any documentation. The motor has no smoke on start up and while running sounds absolutely normal and healthy with that nice vintage BMW sound. Oil seals are good and bike is dry underneath. I would not be afraid to ride this bike coast to coast and having said that we have a commercial airport nearby so a buyer could fly in and drive out with the bike. The bike has some wear from saddle bags on the paint. It is light and hard to see but it is there on shock towers and lightly on the fenders by the shock towers. This is hard to see and you really have to look. There are a few minor chips in the paint that are also hard to notice. One chip is the earls swing arm another is the top of the fork coveror triple tree top plate. Gas tank and headlight bucket are great nice paint and no dents. Some battery acid stains on one exhaust. I am including a set of chrome passenger foot pegs as I lost one of the original passenger pegs from the bike. I am also including some correct fuel line which I bought and never installed. The title states the year of manufacture as 1966 If you have any questions please email them or call me at: 92O-2O5-OO13.2016-07-28 04:55:37Kaukauna, Wisconsin, United States633600

The 390 Adventure Project – Upgrades and Adjustments
Wed, 10 Jul 2024Following in the wake of the Biltwell 100 race, my confidence in the 390 Adventure and my ability to pilot it for long stretches off-road soared. The ability to combine the technical skills I learned in the ATX Moto Adventures and Sedlak Off Road classes, along with some good old-fashioned seat time, really paid off. In addition, there were two changes I made to the bike that firmly cemented my trust in piloting it through the sketchy sandy trails – a custom lowered seat from Seat Concepts, and some aggressive knobby tires.

Tue, 09 Jul 2024Only 500 examples of this aesthetic powerhouse will be made MV Agusta is nothing if not exotic, and the company introduced its new limited edition Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro to its assembled group of journalists exactly how you’d expect: by emphasizing its beauty. Sure it’s powered by a 200-plus horsepower four cylinder with titanium connecting rods and radial valves, but that’s not really the star of the show here. According to MV’s Stefano Campaci, the Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro had to appeal to both motorcyclists and even non-motorcyclists alike.
How to Replace Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Handlebars
Wed, 03 Jul 2024What’s the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about riding your motorcycle? Not to get too sappy about things, but a good portion of us will probably picture grabbing the handlebars and thumbing the starter switch before what’s hopefully an epic ride – even if it’s only to the office. The handlebars are the main connection point to our machines, where the all-important throttle, brake, and clutch controls call home.
