2014 BMW NineT Spied – Lo Rider Concept Finally Coming to Life

Germany’s Motorrad Magazin has uncovered new photos of an upcoming BMW motorcycle rumored to be called the NineT. We caught a glimpse of the boxer-engined roadster testing earlier this summer but the new pictures – snapped at a gas station in northern Italy – reveal three motorcycles that appear close to being ready for production. The name NineT recognizes the 90th year anniversary, and the new model references that history in its retro styling.

Celebrating ten years of Joy As we expected, Ducati is celebrating a decade of its modern Scrambler with an anniversary edition model with the help of Rizoma. Ducati will produce only 500 units of the Scrambler 10° Anniversario Rizoma Edition, each presented in a Stone White and Black livery highlighted with components in Metal Rose. Metal Rose (don’t call it Rose Gold like Apple does, as there’s no actual gold in there) has been a trendy color in the fashion industry for some time now, and it’s usually used to provide a sense of elegance and sophistication.

Used Review: Arai RX-7 Corsair helmet

This is the lid that saved me from a face full of road and stopped a big bacon slicer (a front disc) from carving a canyon in the top of my head.  This helmet was transformed from gleaming white accessory to scrap when I got back from taking the new BMW S1000RR to Morocco. A pedestrian ran into me from behind a bus and the two of us hit the ground. She’s okay and so am I apart from getting knocked out and breaking my shoulder.
