BMW R-Series description

The bike is in Excellent condition. There are a few nics and scrapes from officers riding over the years but no major damage or wear. This bike is fully decal-ed and setup for the CHP and has the very same light configurations and the same radios installed and working. I, unlike most on eBay do not care who you work for or what you intend to do with this motorcycle, if you have the money..... its yours no questions asked. I am an emergency lights dealer so I can also change anything on the bike upgrades or downgrades. 256-656-8266. lOCATION HUNTSVILLE AL

S1000RR vs. Goodwood

Sat, 20 Mar 2010

And before you say it, no it's not "Start and finish a journey on two wheels without falling off." I rode up Goodwood's hill. And I did it on BMW's mighty S1000RR. Ok, so it wasn't infront of thousands of on-lookers and it wasn't at any great speed.

BMW Helps Vertically Challenged

Tue, 02 Dec 2008

No matter where they go or what they do, it seems that people who are vertically challenged always get the ‘short’ end of the stick, pardon the pun. Historically, if a pint-sized person wanted to get into the hobby of motorcycling, their choices were limited to bikes like the Suzuki Marauder, Ninja 250 or HD Sportster (the thought alone makes my back hurt.) BMW Motorrad now has good news for riders who either need or simply prefer a lower seat height, but do not want to compromise on model choice. BMW is the first motorcycle manufacturer to launch a range of models that can be ordered from the factory with lowered suspension – to provide customers with low seat height options.

The Diavel rocks!

Thu, 21 Jul 2011

The Diavel is my new bike of the year. Not being a huge Ducati fan, when I was thrown the keys of this monster at Silverstone on Tuesday I was expecting an ill handling, weighty beast that would run out of revs and scare me to death. Well I couldn’t have been more wrong as I had an absolute blast.
