For sale is my 2013 KLR650. Very well taken care of maintenance-wise, and Ive just about done everything possible I can to the bike. I told myself I was never going to sell it, but I'm moving out to the east coast and it'll be hard to bring her with me. With the amount of aftermarket parts and and time, it's really my loss, your gain. The only things I had yet to buy are an aftermarket seat and a metal skid plate, even those aren't really necessary. Apart from having a head-turning look, this KLR is ready to travel the world. I've upgraded the suspension completely, front and rear. Doohickey (look it up if you dont know what it is), done. With the tall windscreen, this bike has excellent wind protection on the freeway. Panniers (side cases) and crash-bars will protect the bike should the bike make contact with the ground. AMA Supercross: 2012 Anaheim II Results
Mon, 06 Feb 2012The 2012 AMA Supercross season is shaping up to be a tight one, with four racers and former champions healthy and jockeying for position on top of the points standings. Ryan Villopoto, Chad Reed, Ryan Dungey and James Stewart have all claimed wins in the first four rounds. After the second Anaheim round, the four contenders, representing four different manufacturers, are separated by just 13 points.
2014 AMA Supercross – Detroit Results
Mon, 17 Mar 2014Yoshimura Suzuki‘s James Stewart captured his third win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season and 48th 450 class victory of his career, tying him with Ricky Carmichael for second on the all-time win list behind Jeremy McGrath‘s 72. Racing before a crowd of 50,856 fans at Ford Field in Detroit, Stewart took the lead from holeshot-taker Cole Seely shortly before the end of the second lap and led the rest of the 20-lap race for the win. Stewart led by as much as 7.1 second but eased off at the end, crossing the finish less than two seconds ahead of Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto.
RoboCop Remake Has RoboCop Riding A Motorcycle
Mon, 15 Oct 2012The semi-futuristic 1987 film, “RoboCop,” starring actor Peter Weller, told the tale of fatally injured Detroit cop effectively resurrected to life, but in the form of mostly metal, cyborg-like being. RoboCop was the ultimate crime-fighting tool, and the public loved the premise of the movie to the tune of two sequels, lots of merchandising and even a short-lived television series. “RoboCop” has been resurrected again, the film that is, and is currently shooting in Toronto according to the Daily Mail. And as you can see by these images from the Daily Mail, RoboCop is now fighting crime on two wheels.
